Infr red hot plate has failed in market. Induction stove is good. But chapati पराठा can't be made properly. Because Induction Tawa does not remain flat bottom, after few days uses. Use thick flat iron Tawa. For best results.

6 years ago I used Maharaja Infrared cook top. Yes you can use any utensils. But it will consume more electricity than induction. Still it's a good choice if you love fulkas, roasted baigons. I used Maharaja Infrared.

Induction cook tops are not long lasting. Better to buy GEC coil heater. It does not spoil at all. Any metal vessal can be used. I am using it for ten years, for total cooking.
