    One of my favorite overall artists Saul Williams said on the Breakfast Club interview that “ he doesn’t have a TV because he wanted to monitor his diet”. He stated the his diet was everything that he consumed not just food. After I digested what he said I started to pay attention to what I listen to on the way to work and on the way home.

    Been saying this for years and years now. Here are a couple of examples… if you play Eazy E’s instrumental “Real MF’n G’z” over the airwaves in a prison you will most likely see violence erupt. If you play Mozart or Beethoven it’s more unlikely that violence occurs. In fact it’s more likely to induce a calm, relaxing, and peaceful atmosphere.
    Now look into the neighborhoods where parties are taking place. The parties that play rap music always has violence erupt into a shooting, stabbing, or a brawl at the least. The parties that have the upbeat happy Mexican music playing are usually always jammed pack and don’t ever erupt into a crazy scene. Drive by a house party with rap music playing and you will feel uneasy and there’s a good chance people are doing drugs/marijuana outside while standing around in front. This doesn’t happen at the Mexican parties. This is what I observe in my own neighborhood… Mexico parties ALL OF THE TIME and several at the same time on any given weekend and I never hear gunfire or violence. The other types of parties ALWAYS erupts into violence.

      You should stay at Mexican parties, so it seems 😆

      I don’t go to parties so no worries on my end. But if I did I would certainly choose the Mexican parties over the rap trash parties.

      It sounds like you are not a part of our culture. Your examples are terrible. I have taught at 4 high schools in San Antonio (a predominately Mexican American city). I could bury you with numerous stories of the violence, abuse, and dysfunction that I have witnessed in Mexican American communities. For every "Real MF'n G'z", there is a "Star" by The Roots.

      @beyondcompare9526 the content looks so good that I've been waiting each day for the full interview, but it changes each day. I understand breaking it down to get paid, but just don't put a date then when that date happen, change it, then change it again. So instead of putting the 20th at 1:00, then the 21st at 1:00, then the 22nd at 1:00. Just put the 25th at 1:00 and keep chopping it up all week.

      I’m not even a Muslim and I believe this. I find it amusing how when I was young there was this stigma on people who claimed music was too powerful and dangerous for kids to consume. As a now 40 year old man I see firsthand how right those people were. When I was in Afghanistan we got to hear call to prayer bouncing off the mountains and cliffs coming out of the mega phone on top of the mosque. I noticed from day 1 there was a deep genuine spirit inside every afghan I came into contact with maybe that’s wjym

    He meant 528hz not 532hz. Most music is recorded in 440 hz.

  • @IceManLikeGervin
    @IceManLikeGervin 4 дня назад

    That's why the music industry has moved away from real instruments and uses auto-tune and electronic instruments on many mainstream projects. It's all a form of mind control. DNA is based on frequency and music can influence, manipulate its frequency. Music is a key to the human soul.
    "Music directly imitates the passions or states of the soul…when one listens to music that imitates a certain passion, he becomes imbued with the same passion; and if over a long time he habitually listens to music that rouses ignoble passions, his whole character will be shaped to an ignoble form" - Aristotle
    "Give me the music of a nation... I will change a nation’s mind" - Plato

    Great point on how a 40 or 50 yr old white guy who doesnt know whats hot and rather be on a golf course is telling artists whats hot or how they can make it big. I think startting in the 2005 to present era of hip hop thats become much more of a big deal on getting put out there. LiL yachty or LIL pump never getting a record out there in the 90s
