The best way to lose weight is to cut down on the amount of carbs you eat in a meal. Have just 1/2 cup of cooked brown rice,or a small slice of yam,ir a small piece of sweet potato. Have lots of green vegetables and lots of protien.

Lucky you that you haven’t seen snow in the part of the area you stay in Canada in Windsor here we have been experiencing snow. Some days is so cold that when you wanna go out, you have to be all bundle up just to keep yourself warm.

Kesley you cannot double eat heavy food in the day , you will gain weight , if your husband cook in the afternoon for when you come home you can make a nice healty sandwich along side some chopped lettuce , tomatoes and cucumbes, to carry for your lunch at work
