Great podcast, there are a lot of negative indian feedbacks in the comments, clearly india does not want Pakistan to progress.
On the other hand Pakistani leadership, establishment, stake holders must realize, a week Pakistan can not be stable and is vernarable to foreign attacks. All Pakistan stake holders, establishment, polititions, policy makers, business community leaders must come up with an economic plan together. We must put aside our difference and must come up with a complete and thorough economic plan that all parties agree to and strategize. A complete economic plan and policy for the next 30 years, 20 years, 10 years, 5 years and yearly plans. 5 year and yearly plans will focus on smaller tasks like building roads, one window operation for businesses, audit different government departments and businesses. 10 year plan would be reach GDP of 100 billion dollars. The policy must be followed through and enforced, there would be check and balances, targets that must be achieved, the short term policies would be followed up closely and studied the effect and twicked when required after discussing with all stake holders.

It is sad to say host doesnt prepare for good questions and ruined the podcast with basic irrelevant stuff
پہلے سوال کا جواب انتہائی ناقص تھا۔
سر نے صرف یہی بتایا کہ ہم جدید تقاضوں کے مطابق سیکیورٹی بڑھا رہے ہیں لیکن یہ نہیں بتایا کس طرح بڑھا رہے ہیں اور کون سا اسٹرکچر استعمال کر رہے ہیں جسے سن کر بینکنگ چینل سننے والے کسی صارف کو اطمینان ہوتا۔
آپ کے پہلے سوال کا جواب میرے مطابق 27ویں منٹ پر ملنا شروع ہوا کسی حد تک جو کسی حد تک مناسب اور سچ تھا۔
لیکن سر کا یہ کہنا کہ اب 24/7 ہم تمام اسٹاف پر تو نظر نہیں رکھ سکتے یہ تشویشناک تھا کیونکہ آپ نے آفیشل ٹائم میں نظر ہی رکھنی ہے اور ایسا میکنیزم یا اسٹرکچر ڈویلپ کرنا ہے جس میں تمام لوپ ہولز کو بند کیا جا سکے۔
آپ نے مشورے طلب کئیے ہیں۔
میں گزشتہ 4 ماہ سے آپ کی تمام پوڈکاسٹ دیکھ رہا ہوں۔ کبھی کمنٹ نہیں کیا۔ پوری ویڈیو دیکھتا ہوں۔
آخری پوڈکاسٹ میں بھی تفصیلی کمنٹ کرنا تھا لیکن مصروفیت کے باعث نہیں کر سکا۔
لیکن اس دفعہ سو فیصد اِن پُٹ دوں گا۔
آپ کی مسلسل گرتی ہوئی viewership میرے لئے تشویش ناک ہے۔ اور اس کی بڑی وجہ آپ نہیں بلکہ آپ کے ٹاپک اور مہمان ہیں۔
مثلاً فہیم صاحب سے آپ نے معیشت بارے جتنے سوال کئیے ان کی فضول سے جواب تھے اور ساری پوڈکاسٹ کو drag کیا۔
پھر آپ نے ایک کے فوری بعد دوسری ویڈیو Parenting پر بنا دی۔
جس میں پہلے کی نسبت دوسری کچھ جاندار تھی۔ لیکن دوسری viewership پہلے کی نسبت کم آئی کیونکہ ٹاپک رپیٹ کیا گیا تھا۔
آپ کا اشٹائل اور انداز مجھے پسند ہے۔ اور آپکے سوالات بھی جاندار ہوتے ہیں کیونکہ میں سمجھتا ہوں آپ ایک سمجھدار بزنس مین ہیں اور آپ کی نیت ہوتی ہے کہ مہمان سے بہتر معلومات کشید کرنے کی آخری حد تک کوشش کریں۔ اور یہی مجھے پسند ہے۔۔
