I love it! Juan Pablo hit it out of the park!! A true vocalist. Beautiful arrangement and amazing musicians !
I'm very intrigued by the choice of the "Chasing Cars" sample, although I know it reprises an earlier performance in the set, as stated in another comment here. I would love to have been there to hear; but as I was not, I'm devoid of context. But "Chasing Cars" was a pure love song written for the Snow Patrol frontman's lover, and his father told him he was like a dog chasing cars, not knowing what to do once he caught up with it. To interpolate that into "Both Sides Now," with the progressively intense build-up and theatrical instrumentation, as if realizing and accepting the loneliness of growth, is beautiful. Thank you, all of you, for this performance.
It's subtle kinda hidden there on the cello but I noticed too and loved it❤❤
