Software appears to be awesome. I am very confused on the pricing of this Software. I am age 84, and this is the first credit type pricing I have seeb. How do I know I am not going to run up excessive fees when using this software. I prefer to pay a monthly fee aka Adobe or an outright price for a Software with some free updates of the software, and perhaps a charge for a major revision upgrade. As a results I am very hesitant to load this software on to my system. I really would love to have an editing software like this. Thanks for the video. I wish you had gone more in to dettails on pricing for example how much would the cost be for the edits you did in this Video? Again Thanks very much for imparting your knowledge.

Hi! Is Evoto software suitable for small businesses that’s selling example makeup tools? Or this is more suitable for portrait photos of people and not so for products? Thank you!

Hello men! One question... Can I use your Luts if I have a camera that is not Sony? Thx!!!

Yeah for sure the V1 LUTS is made for all cameras, while sadly the slog 3 LUTS is only for Sony

Thanks for very well done presentation. I downloaded Evoto, purchased 1200 credits and used the software on a headshot session I just did for a client but as much as this seems like a wonderful app, it also reduces the quality of my original photo/headshots. I'm very disappointed because the Evoto software doesn't appear to offer a remove background option and the finished effect is so grainy it's not a professional look. For example I adjusted a person's skin, removed bags/wrinkles, freckles and stray hair but major parts of the photo, like the ears, person's clothes and my gray backdrop have become very grainy/fuzzy. If I could post a sample of my experience here, I would. I'm really upset with this result.

Oh that’s not good mate, did you get/use the free credits linked in the description?
It’s always best to try before you buy

@@gerardneedham @EvotoAI It took over a week to get the correct help but customer support via email looked at my actual photo and saved preset and found the setting for GRAIN turned up to 68. I'm curious though, I both didn't know about the GRAIN setting and how or why was it set to 68 in the first place. It appears solved now. I think Evoto is spot on in doing what it says it can. I have yet to apply and export lots of photos using a preset. I'll report the results once I do.

I'm enthousiastic this could reduce a lot of time compared with Photoshop. But at the other hand i also like to the oldskool craftmanship of Photoshop. Where you can develop your skills with making lots of miles and hours.

Credible, fast paced demo, Gerard. PIP effective, but would have been more so, IMO if placed on the right so you don’t face outside the frame. Unique set of specialized tools, a plus, like freckle removal - nice. Does the app have a tattoo removal slider as well😊?
First time I’ve heard someone say that facial blemishes are a plus for male portraits - sorry, but, IMO acne doesn’t register as a positive masculine attribute.
Getting appearance right can be challenging for subjects who are people of color. Does the app have any unique tools intended to address this?
Wish you had spoken to the watermark and at what stage in the workflow the mark is removed.
Gerard is a “latte” man, eh? Who knew?😊 The latte could become a channel thing. Cheers!

More lattes tô come let’s go, I’m not sure about the tattoo removal tool, but the freckle removal works great! Also yeah forgot to mention the water mark is removed when you export the photo, I did ask why that’s there ahhahaha

Heads Up, Gerard (pls excuse comment placement, but my best way to reach you) just saw mid Aug post of YT Channel Photomyca. An A6700 review that included what looked just like footage from your channel. You in red stripe shirt wearing back-pack at shore with you photographing female model. Was this a rip-off, or did you permit it?

Oh thanks for that, yeah they never asked me but there isn’t much I can do, basically anyone can use my stuff but I would like to be asked beforehand and also be tagged.

Hey, if you use a transgender person in the photo is it going to recognize it as a male or female? 😂
