I would like to thank RedGreen tv for allowing us to re-enjoy a fantastic show . You guys rock !!! I always enjoyed Rick Green on "Prisoners of Gravity " and especially " History Bites " .
They ended the show voluntarily. Steve Smith kept doing live shows for awhile but he's gotten too old and retired and some of the cast have passed away or retired themselves. They do some live streams every once in awhile though but they're more of a Q&A than a show
2:57 Kevin Black May have only appeared in a couple episodes in the early seasons, but it’s awesome how they still make references to even such minor characters. Shows today rarely ever do that.
16:06 harold : " I don't think he wants to be disturbed" . Brings to memory of a celebrity from the 1970s . This guy was a smiley friendly type on tv . He bought this place at a trendy Colorado ski resort . He put a sign in front of his house went something like : If you weren't invited you're not welcome here !
Either they could have Harold freaking out over all the fancy underwear on the mannequins and on the shelves or they could catch him trying them on, either way it's comedy gold!
"You know that cottage that Kevin Black built on Bluff Point? Well, a Hollywood start bought it!" "Hollywood?" "Yeah, as in 'Frederick's of"!" He would know this...HOW?
Fredricks of Hollywood is described as "a well known american retailer of lingerie" but im an american and i've never heard of them. I dont know if they're more famous in canada or not, but the nearest one to me is about a 750 mile drive. seems like an obscure joke.
Arthas Menethil teenagers know of it from the lingerie pictures and catalog, especially web-enabled ones who watch cable and entertainment gossip shows
I think that right around this time period (1997) were the vintage years for this show. It appears to me when the characters, sets, graphics, had really matured and it seems like the high point for Red Green.
Most people believe that Season 4, when they introduced characters such as Dalton, Mike, Winston, and Edgar, to the roster is when the show began to "grow the beard" so to speak. But yeah, Season 7 was where the show started getting really good. CBC gave the show a bigger budget and a bigger soundstage, and as Steve Smith said "now we could really go nuts".
It was when they hit their sweet spot and only really changed when the cast changed...the format was altered little and Harold was replaced by Dalton but it stayed solid until the end
why did they cancel this show? every morning i would get up at 6am just to watch this when i was 7 years old to 9 years... then they cancelled it! why!
Claire Campbell ya they started chopping up the show and putting they back together for reruns. I was lucky for being born in 87 this was probably the only show I saw that wasn't reruns. lol. Every sat 9pm on pbs, was the highlight of the week.
+Claire Campbell the cast was getting up in age and rick green was dying of cancer. The show was ended because of so many of the cast were also moving on with their careers as well.
That's pretty normal, Harold is a computer/tech kinda guy and he knows alot about that world but lacks practical, hands on skills but to him his uncle Red seems reckless and kinda dumb because he lacks modern skills like operating a computer. To Red Harold seems dumb because he lacks experience and hands on skills, and he seems cowardly because of his cautious nature. More experienced people can seem reckless since they may forgo standard safety measures because they know how to work safely without them: for example i know a ton of seasoned carpenters who dont use guides/guards on saws because they can quickly make the cuts and the guard would just slow them down, whereas someone lacking the experience watches that and would freak out because from their point of view the old man is just recklessly waving his hands around a spinning blade. It doesnt help that both characters are kind of idiots in their own ways too.

Pierre Lemay. Agree
Bring back red green!!! Best show in history!!!

I lost track of how many times that side mirror fell off the possum van

Eric Whitney he was in the previous season, unlike Murray or the others...it’s recent recall rather than a long callback

😮who?! who?!
Nothing like visiting nastalga! Love these guys😂
Ha, ha, two of my all time favorite shows, awesome!
A shame they couldn't have Werner Klemperer actually on the show.
He wanted too much money-but not as much as Tom Hanks and Sandra Bullock
Fun fact - Gordon Pinsent (Hap) was actually in Hogan's Heroes.
Love love love Red Green
The song that Red sings at the campfire in this episode is my absolute favorite!
Angella Hanson it’s the longest so far...and might be the closest to a complete song
10 years later and I am still waiting for "Harold in Bikini Land"
Love bikini land
6:00 I’d love to get me a 90’s Chevy Caprice Classic.
Same here
"Harold in Bikini Land" almost sounds like a good movie idea.

I love this show
That poor mirror on the van....again

Doesn't Harold mean Blood Point?
He’s a hormonal teenager.

Love this show😜
The mosquitoes must have gotten pretty bad if Kevin Black sold his “modest cottage” on Blood, errr Bluff Point 😂
Redgreen rules
Haha you can't beat Ranger Gourd
from distance that zebra car looks good ....
have to say ..the men's pledge is genius.
Gimme good bacon over Tom Hanks any day!!
Tom Hanks looks kinda stringy, like he's mostly fat and gristle like a cheap piece of corned beef.
A burger with Tom Hanks would be great, a burger with bacon would be better!
Classic Adventures With Bill segment.
"Hogan ... dissssssmis."
Season 7 is probably my favorite season
"I ruined Julie's Life!"
Canadian Teacher✊
Not sure if chest pain is funny bone or heart attack 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
Yes sir that's my story(come on baby)
Harold sure is obsessed with Sandra Bullock. Can you say stalker?
Toronto was cool , mannerly but exciting , tolerant etc back in the 1980s . Today , it is so uptight and too politically correct
why did they cancel this show? every morning i would get up at 6am just to watch this when i was 7 years old to 9 years... then they cancelled it! why!
Claire Campbell It's not like it failed it lasted for 300 episodes from 1991-2005.

oh... ok
I bet u like the Hottie and the Nottie
Why does Harold always insult his uncle's intelligence?

@@arthas640 Harold is the most sensible guy on the show but nobody listens to him because he's lord god king of the nerds
2 under par
It took you almost an entire year to come up with that one, wow. Anyways, you do realize I was just trolling?
Its called red green show and its not even Christmas!
