Anybody that's ever worked in production can understand the uniqueness of this show. How they pulled off 305 episodes is completely beyond me. Cops and The Simpsons are one thing (actually, two things), but this is on a whole 'nother level. This is an entire day at the amusement park crammed into 23 minutes. The brainstorming that must have gone into it, the unseen effects, the stunt and camera work, the constantly tangible, good-natured humor that just exudes from everyone on set. And the eternally nagging question: Where did they get all those K-cars?..
Mike Hammer is just about my favorite....and Hap...and Edgar Montrose..and.....There is a special place in my heart for Harold...and I think I have shared EVERY adventure with Bill with my friends. Thank you soooooo much.
Definitely, the characters were fully developed and they relied less on the boring one-trick characters...no offense to Hap, but even they ran out of good stories to tell
A fan from the start, I lost my DVD collection in 2007 to a basement flood, so seeing the full series on You Tube was awesome. Thanks Steve! Anyway, I'm halfway through a binge, yay! :-)
So much has changed in 150 episodes, it's nice to not see Red ripping into Harold at the beginning of each episode, but I do miss those goofy intros where Harold manipulated the shows stream with his control board.
My best friend in 1989 at his daughter’s wedding advised his son - in -law to always get the last word “yes dear” And that is how my wife’s admonitions are put to rest by the same statement. 49:+ years later it still works.
The only time the transmitter that was just out of view for nearly every outdoor segment outside of the lodge was seen... Sadly, the segment there was a flop, unfunny and really cringeworthy

“Yes dear” is the perfect last word! I use it all the time.
The moral of today's Handyman Corner: Make sure your tow vehicle is front wheel drive.
At 17:40, when Harold is on the phone, I like the big red gas can that is sitting on top of a smoking, hot stove!
I enjoy the Bill skits. Always laughing at those lmao

Red: Was that good enough?
Harold: I don't know. I just made the song up
U beat me to it!
Legend has it, the dance for the macarana was from a newfie looking for his cigarettes.

Red needs a big clock on a necklace for the big guy song. Lol.
Does anyone watch this in 2024?
I would 100% be Reds little guy in that club thing.
20:50-20:52-Red’s funniest “AW!”

I liked Sparky
'Shucks' isn't a four letter word.
Shux. Nuck Canucks ehh. ❤
Hiliarous😊
Is the actor who plays sparky the same actor who plays frank the hot dog expert in season 14?
The hot dog deal was Colin mochrie from whose line is it
Sparky Hoover was played by Paul O’Sullivan; a great comedian who, sadly, died in a car accident in 2012. He was only in a few of the early episodes.
there all funny
I bet Harold told the kids all about Red and the things he does!
It's not telling, it's forewarning in advance.
Big guy little gay guy

Hey Canada! I'll trade you Ted Cruz for Steve Smith.
Ted Cruz is awesome now.
@@GoatzombieBubba most of the time he is...but sometimes he still will let you down.
why does Harold always repeat the word in the Possum Lodge Word Game?
They all do. It's to make sure the audience knows the word.
Imitating hosts of game shows
@@Kaemea The Audience or the Lodge members?
@@ChrisRussell99 the lodge members
The only time the transmitter that was just out of view for nearly every outdoor segment outside of the lodge was seen...
Sadly, the segment there was a flop, unfunny and really cringeworthy
I LOVE how this episode makes fun of rap music....showing just how stupid it is.
There's a huge difference between hip hop and rap.
