Do I need to have a management background to get onto this course or can it be loosely related? Thanks

Hi! Imperial has two different courses for those with and without a business or management background. MSc Management is for those without an accounting and finance or management/business undergraduate degree. If 1/3 of your undergrad modules involves business subjects, then you cannot apply for this course. However, International Management is Imperial's course of those who have an undergraduate management degree. Picking the right course will greatly help you to get in! Good luck!

Hey I am on waitlist. What are the chances of getting in?

Well done for getting on to the waitlist! It is very hard for us to say what Imperial will do with their waitlist as we do not yet know the number of quality of candidates this cycle. If you have any other Masters' offers, there is a small chance that letting Imperial know that you have an offer from another university and are being pushed by that university to get back to you, might encourage Imperial to make you an offer rather than lose you to a competitor. It's a long shot, but we've seen it work before.
