You can customize the stock gauge without the mod. Buy the one with the flames, then when you bought it, hit enter at the same time you click "left" to swap to the stock gauge. If you did it frame perfectly, you can now change the color of the stock gauge. I found out about this glitch myself when I was a kid.

I have a question for the next version, would it be possible to make it somehow possible to go into the "show off car mode" (when you do photos for the magazine covers)? This mod series is already my favorite (I have it for Underground 2, Most Wanted and Carbon that's why I say series and not this mod only.)

I've noticed a bug, If you play a World Map race during your career just to earn more money (restart glitch) the game will recognize that you've completed the game and your opponents will be dead slow, like in the World Map races after comleteing the game. Weird but funny.

I have this problem with controller vibration, i use that driver converting directinput FF too xinput calls: steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/1/541907867790900215/?ctp=11 Previously i use driver from japanese guy, only for x360 gamepad, but this one works for me also with wired Xbox one controller on win 7 for example on rayman 3 i get vibration with that driver and xbox one controller. Unfortunately in NFSU2 vibration works only with x360 controller for some reason. When i plug xbox one wired controller i have to make remapping again and vibration option is grey out :) Wind 7, driver from above, wireless x360 controller and wired xbox one controller, first have vibration second dont. Is there any way to fix that? My english is not to great i can make video to show what i mean.

sooo....ok. but what about car mods? i see people have 100 new cars annd/or mods. and they play perfectly. whem i download and install after youtbe tutorial for correct instalation, my car is invisible and game crashes after 1-2 races, and dont get me started about mw car mods. game crashes in the middle of the race. yes, if highest requirments are 2 gb ram, i have 4 gb ram, but the same problem.. am i missing some super super drivers or smthng? who knows? who can tell me? because for 30 seconds i can see my modded car in the race and it works super super. and after 30 seconds the car in invisible and sometimes game crashes. you know, my question is....why? because the car mod works for 30 seconds, so it can work longer. i would understand if the car mod would be invisble in the first second of the race, but no, it works perfectly but only for 30 seconds. who can give me solution???

Do you guys have any solution for crashes when using the cracked speed2.exe? Seems like it becomes more unstable when modifying more files and using more mods. Often it is stuck at the loading screen forever or it crashes randomly while playing. The customazible stock gauge option is very nice, so we no longer need to use the glitch. I like the windows damage, reminds me of the beta and it is more realistic.
