Funny thing is, so does Caleb. He wants a quick flip and doesn’t want to remove small stickers 😂 I mean it’s his buy list, he can set the parameters. More understandable since he only does Amazon and they are strict.

A new building? im very interested to see where you are at and if you have planned or know what to do to solve the potential of growing too fast. keep it up! im excited to see where this leads.
I really enjoy these fireside chat format videos. Unboxing and talking is what I enjoy. I also resell and find these videos educational so plz continue
Remember when you taught people how to advance their business? Now you just teach people how to sell to you. Why don’t you make a video about how to get on Amazon’s Renewed program? I think that would be very helpful for your audience. EDIT: Since this will be on your next video would you please explain the entire process of how you got in this program? I think this would make a great video. I’m actually genuinely curious on how this process works. I’d like to work toward the renewed side of Amazon.
Lmao he sells used as renewed to get premium. Pretty scummy since he’s no refurbishing or cleaning anything. Used to love this guy but stuff coming out on him isn’t looking good
To get renewed for nintendo in particular, it'll take $50,000 worth of nintendo switches Assuming your account health on Amazon is already outstanding and you meet all sale metrics
Hater Hank group chat over here but phoenix was of the group that called out dkoldies when it was popular. Now he charges some of the highest prices on the market
I like this style of your videos of you talking and working. Answering questions from a previous video is a good idea. Also, I am one of those people who will watch videos till the end.
As someone that’s interested in using quick flips, I think it would be really cool on seeing a step by step instruction on how submitting a “quick flip” works. Also, what is the dollar amount you have to ship to you, to earn a free month?
The problem with your golf club story or analogy is you're assuming that there was better opportunities available to you at the time. In my years as a full-time reseller, I've sold 25 cent VHS for $2250 and I've sold $2 DVDs for $10. I wish I could sell more items with a 9000% return, but those opportunities are few and far in-between. Instead, I have learned to seize every opportunity in front of me and make the most of what presents itself at the time. It's very easy in hindsight to discredit what you were doing in the past in light of the success you're experiencing now.
Have been binge watching all your vids on this channel, I have no interest in reselling video games hardly but love the business model and business stuff you talk about on here. I sell mostly golf clubs- can ship one under 5 min. lol its not that bad.
My advice is for first time users try and absorb small costs deductions maybe free return shipping for mistakes on first send only obviously your business your call but the first time people do make some mistakes and be clear with them on a more personal level on exactly what they did wrong. Then after that if continue definitely make all costs and reductions because there just trying to pass stuff through your system. As long as costs rules are clear i.e case replacement ect or generally clear then its completely fair dont know why people hate
These two boxes are excellent examples of doing less better. You should have options to return boxes back to sellers. Wrongly shipped and returnable items mean you spend more time to separate the wheat from the chaff. The majority of wrong doing comes from ignorance, so this means sellers need more information about what is acceptable and what is not. It would be great to have a video of “what is acceptable and how to pack your box to have your products be accepted by the buying list.”
I have a question about the golf clubs, you say you should have been spending time on more profitable things, but were you actually sacrificing more profitable activities, or was it you maximizing profitability of a weekend full of garage sales? In the early days is being narrow in your target items a good idea, or is it better to take advantage of the income available?
I think its easier to say if u send stuff that's gonna waste my time its gonna cost you money... Meanwhile a lot of people sending you stuff are teenagers that are clueless about business. They send you their stuff in hopes they are getting top dollar and they probably never do.
With regards to collector vs reseller, I do both, but I actually think collecting affects price more than reselling, for example, If a game is released and say only 10 copies exist and I have collected 9 of them, the price for the 10th one will be high, if I sell all my 9 copies the price is lower.
What does Walmart, Target, and Resellers have in common? They all buy some or all of there products form third party sellers, and resell them for a higher markup price. Duh!! (Easy example: Walmart sells a 45" Sony TV for $350 do you really think they bought that TV from "Sony" for $350? NO!!! Most TV's at Walmart has as much as a 300% markup. So what is Walmart? They are resellers. WOW that was really hard to understand!!!
Not always. When a company the size of like Walmart, they realize the rule that a small number from a large number is a large number it's self. So they will sacrifice profits for some items for the hope that it repeat business and you buy other items
I use to work for Walmart. I know there markups! Walmart is all about the money, that my had been true when "Sam" was still alive. There all about high markups with very low loss. There lose is in people stealing, which gives them the right for even more markups. (Walmart) is a really crap company!!!@@miatakid2
Caleb I think you need to do a video of like say that you’re sending an order to your company and how everything should be done and how it should look so that way nobody can even if it says it in writing a lot of people don’t read fine print but if you put it up as a video of you actually doing it and OK. Hey, this is how we wouldreceive an order from one of our cohorts that sell to us on a regular basis and point out OK we have to make sure that the cases are good. This is good and that is good and you know that all the stickers have been removed and all the gunk from the stickers have been removed. Amazon have very strict rules about condition descriptions. If his entire business model is set up around Amazon sales why on earth would he do anything to potentially get himself in hot water? It just doesn't make sense
How are you handling the new inbound shipment fees from amazon. Are you just paying the fee and sending your stuff to one fulfillment center or taking less fees and sending to multiple fulfillment centers?
What do you think the next step for you will be for you now that you have developed Oneup do you have any major projects in mind? Also a second question.. How sustainable do you think this will be.. Do you see yourself having to change direction in the near future or do you have pretty solid foundation on how you'll be able to keep this up?
My question: why not expand into another catagory? If not you, a partner with who sells Pokémon or something. Take a percentage of what they take in, or charge them to rent out their portion of the app. So the app could have multiple categories basically. They can advertise it in their channel. So in a way the buy list becomes a business model you make possible for others. Then eventually you cut them out lol.

Just own up to your scalping. Here are some talking points that you even highlight as to why you scalp. It's fine, but it is annoying you try to side skirt your business tactics. Do you think we will ever get to a point where the "gaming" community gets more comprehensive towards resellers?
There's already a large anti reseller sentiment among retro collectors by the looks of it. To a degree it's purely jealously that they can no longer get the yard sale dollar finds they used to and now have to pay fair market value like everyone else
the person who said you should collect more and not scalp' all the time is a perfect example of someone who doesnt know what theyre talking about. i wish people would think about what the say before they say it sometimes.

Clearly not a "real" package lol he definitly made that himself 😂

This guy is a joke.. I seen someone comment about how he was talking crap about an ohio con and how he told another person to thank them for kicking him out now he's a 3x millionaire..
And yet you cared enough to watch a video and comment. We live in a weird universe.
Are you the guy in his videos with the upside down glasses?
“I seen someone comment” so you instantly believed some random person on the internet without fact checking yourself
