Hey guys here is a tip, go grab your peeler and look at the tip of it. See how it's round. That end of the peeler is perfect for scooping the bad spots out of the potatoes and there is no way that you can get cut!

Lou, something I learned in the last year. If your mashed potatoes are a little bit runny, add a little at a time, instant potato mix. It helps to thicken it up and doesn’t add any different taste to the mash. 😊
