Pickleball...I am no expert but you should ask your landlord to reposition the 204V plug into the correct orientation. The box is designed to be completely closed to keep water out. I can see with a strong rain storm water getting to the plug and frying the whole unit. And as I assume you did the unit needs to be secured to the wall or a mounting plate of some kind that is secured to the wall.

It's odd, I agree, and I mentioned this to them, but they weren't that friendly about changing it and said they will not secure the chargepoint to wall and that I have to remove it after charging. I look forward to living on my own property so I can install this properly. There is a chance we return the Solterra and charger because the car isn't getting anywhere near the range in ECO mode with no A/C or heat, temperatures in the 60s and driving conservatively. Still running tests to see what mileage it's actually getting in different situations.
