    in fact to prevent your left wrist from collapsing you have to strenghten your inner forearm muscles not the upper

      Choco agree, I have a detailed training program on which muscles I train and why... I’m no certified advocate of the body and how to perfectly train each muscle and why... all my training is done with a golf club in your hand... it’s how I became a consistent ball striker and it helps all my students with consistent ball striking as well... it’s farmer level education... 👍

      @@stephjo99 I totally agree with your concept ! I noticed that i have better results and strengh when i do the drills with my forearm palm up and involve the two flexors carpis ( see chart on google image). Thank you for your positive comments
