INGREDIENTS:
2 cups (250 GM) all purpose white flour (unbleached)
1.5 table spoon yeast
2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon cold pressed olive oil
3/4 cup (180 ml)of water (30 degrees Celsius/ 86 degrees Fahrenheit)
if the dough is to wet add little flour, if to dry add little water.
