I am following your show from UK. Originally from Mauritius. My great great GrandParents came to Mauritius from Bihar as indentured labourers. Our culture is very similar. I also had the pleasure to work with nurses who came from Guyana. More interesting we have several Hindu priests from Guyana who conducted our religious ceremonies. Great to watch and have a real feel of Guyana and its people.

Unlike Guyana, the proximity to India makes it possible for the language, culture and religion to be retained to a large extend. Air travel is also comfortable. absolutely loved it! You guys are such warm and happy people. @11:35 Nani and Nani looking great soaking in the outdoors. I could not help but imagine how when the Sindhu river dried up your ancestors may have moved from Mohenhjo Daro and Harrapa some 3,500 years back to the shores of Ganga in UP and Bihar. Now you all are carrying on the traditions and spirit of love and happiness on the other side of the globe. All the very best and warm greetings to your family!

Happy Navratri to you and your family. Seven curry looks amazing. KATAHAR is the best. I agree with Raj, that leaf gives 7 curry a different taste. Thank you for sharing your day of prayer.
