I agree, this isn't one of the better panels. The vibe from the actors is that they're meh about being there. The host of the panel need to be aware that these are hardcore fans. Asking questions about his book title and what the book is about, causes, or any other repetitive things that fans already know about, is just a waste of time. It's great that these actors are together in a Q&A panel, but you're going to ask stupid, repetitive questions that fans already know the answer to? Total waste. You know dude didn't do his homework. It should have been all fan questions only, tbh.

Thank you! I was there on Saturday. It was my birthday present to myself since my birthday was that same day. Forth row at the panel with my little angel six year-old son who stuck with me through the entire day of excitedly waiting in line to get autographs and then this panel and then getting our photo taken with Scully & Mulder. David gave my son knuckles and it was one of the best moments of my life!!! I wish I could have answered that first question the moderator asked about why the fans are so into The X-Files and why it caused such an unroar when it came out. I did get the vibe like they thought some of the questions were "meh" but when a good question was asked they become more lively. At the end of the day though it was SCULLY & MULDER so who could have asked for more?!

Some of the celebrities at comic cons do that -- they just go out by themselves without a moderator/host and chat with the audience... those tend to be the most extroverted celebrities and it makes for a fun panel! Some celebs that do that are: Michael Rooker, Bruce Campbell, John Barrowman, Kevin Smith, Sean Patrick Flannery

(and I'm surprised but pleased to hear GA say that, because in the past, GA has been all about the tattoos, as she has some too...but maybe it was a phase for her...and she has some regrets? who knows...but I think a lot of x file fans get their tattoos, and it's cool in a lot of ways, I've even thought of it, but a small one, in a inconspicuous spot.

fan questions are typically always my favourites too, and you can usually tell the actors prefers them as well. It's a more real interaction in a way
