thx for the heads up.its not from Aliexpress is it?.ive seen loads of this type of drone there,and i think they oversell the features (which dont work) knowing it costs more to ship the crap back.that has to be the worst footage a drone can deliver.im guessing theres no firmware update.its amazing they peddle this junk
i prefer the sg901 max2 sense its basicly a l200 pro max with a 3 axis gimbal instead of the 2 and it may have the same 2.3k resolution or could be slightly better then the l200,s camera setup while having a bigger battery maybe also they basically did the same with the l600 drone they just now newly made a new version of it with 2 cameras with that same exact remote on the video but with a bigger screen while removing the 3 axis gimbal bacically an l600 pro or l600 pro max just for the looks and yes both the l200 pro max and the sg901 max2 have gps
Yes maybe the SG901 Max2 is even better than the L200 Pro? What I would like to know is how the follow-me works on the SG901 Max2 as it is using the HFunPro app. On the L200 Pro the follow-me is not really usable. The drone only follows from one distance 5 meters or so. Soon I use the right stick it goes out of follow-me mode. I can use the left stick to set height and yaw the camera when it is a bit off. And it does stay in compass position north south east west relative to me. Which I much prefer over 'string type' follow-me that only follows from behind basically where I can't see it. It strange but I always thought the app determined the type of follow-me 'compass' or string. But I have seen different drones behaving differently with the HFun Pro app. So the programming inside the drone must be important too. What apps for budget drones miss is a homepoint-update option unfortunately. You do not want having to race back up a mountain before a truck runs it over where it took off! Sometimes there isn't a setting but the drone auto-updates homepoint when using follow-me. Anyhow, is it possible you can test it for me on the SG901 Max2 if you have that drone? Is it compass or string type? Can you use the sticks to set distance and height and fly it around obstacles while it stays in follow-me mode? And will it always do a return-to-home and can you cancel it if it does in case of low battery?
