for the palming (the one where you rub your palms and put on eye) you SHOULDN'T touch your eye, maintain a distance between the palm and eyes; the warmth will be transferred by the air in between.

Yes our skin under the eyes is very thin and in winters it become so dry and unhealthy 🥺 i try every ting but it become more sencitive 😖😖😖😭😩😩😩

I also want to say that the way you closed your eyes while splashing water is very good for eyes because if you open your eyes and splash water then it can cause harm to eye balls and can cause minor scratches which are not visible but are harmful.......😅😊 LOVE FROM INDIA ❤️♥️
