When doing friendly challenges I hate how we can instantly create a F.C. army but we have to separately get CC and wait for heroes to be up. I wish we could instantly just use our war army; pets, heroes, CC, and all in friendly challenges.
As a co-leader in a clan, I can say we need an improvement to simplify clan management. For example,If I want to look at the performance of the members, I need to separately collect information on clan games, clan wars, raid weekends, clan war leagues, activity, donations, and so on. The time this takes is just ridiculous and makes it so much harder to maintain an active clan than needed. To solve this issue, we need an updated GUI.
Unlike the 6th builder, getting more starry ore from builder base would be optional. Players wouldn't feel pressured to play builder base for it and they wouldn't have to wait months for results, unlike with the 6th builder. I think having starry ore, or even just all ores collectable from the builder base star loot bonus would be really good and help balance out the ore more.
One thing that needs to be addressed and would love if someone like you Judo could bring it up is recruiting players. Ever since they did away with global its a nightmare.
I’d like to see a limited time event where we have to set up our base to defend against waves of enemies attacking us (like the very first attack on our village when you start the game). Make the waves progressively harder, don’t have repairs between waves etc, have them attack from a certain direction only
Frankly, if they'd go that route, it should be a medal event where base defense can reward points aswell as successful attacks...that way even an imbalance wouldn't be game breaking and it'd still stand as a live test
Tower defense would work well in CoC honestly. Especially if they made unconventional maps like in controllable heroes where rocks block you and if invading troops ignore your defense and follow the path to the firecrackers. Or if you could make the maze with your defense and upgrade as you go
Being able to use heroes in wars is a big one that needs to happen! Im in a clan that does non-stop wars and if my warden or queen is down for 2 or 3 wars it ruins the fun of the game
I am upgrading one hero at a time, now that we have five. I thought it wouldn't have been bad, until I realised I will spend more than a month to upgrade the barb king from 50 to 60 💀 The 6th builder will not do anything to the main village 😭
I agree! Much like a new defense upgrading still functions and defends in war, an upgrading hero should be available for war attacks. Or maybe 1 attack per day you can use a down hero for.
A CO-leader chat and possibly elder chat for clans would be nice. Need a way to discuss performance issues before kicking players out of clan. Or at least a private chat option within clan...
Simplest seems that leaders should be able to make custom channels, rather than pitching specific ones...unless we're talking things that already spam chat, getting a tab(Requests/Challenges)
To add opinion on Judo suggesting custom game modes. Growing up on StarCraft and the community having all the dev tools to fully customize not just base size and design but also changing fundamental rules of if than statements for wim loss and triggers was amazing. I wonder if there's a good argument against them allowing the public to use dev tools for creating custom games. It could turn out that the huge amount of creatives stumble on something incredibly fun and popular.
I think Siege machines should get a change. They should move upgrading siege machines to the workshop and out of the research lab and make it so you equip a siege machine to an army instead of training it.
I don't know if someone already brought this up. About the clan chats, I think the clan castle requests has a seperate tab in the clan chat like the tag tab. Sometimes the troop request is buried when the clan members are communicating in clan chat. I don't know if this is a big issue for other players but it's a nice QoL change.

Well I'd say realistically, less boss, more Clan capital style/war where an attack window opens for 24 hours and clan gets to chip away at it with individual attacks...alot more manageable as time zone is irrelevant but activity still is
The casual gamer wants to be able to test out their base or test out a tax strategies without having to challenge their clan. That is the biggest update I want to see. I want to be able to fight my base so that I can perfect it without spamming my chat.
Definitely would like to see something done about builder base. I max out on gold and elixir and hate using two builders in the forge to drain my banks.
Honestly I know this is small but ..I really would like a 1 time clan name change and or New modern clan badges. the old ones are so so boring. id even be willing to pay for flashy premium ones tbh. please Supercell make this happen 🥺🙏
They need to have data on each players contributions. How many wars they miss, average attack rating, clan capital raid donation counter to the clan, missed raid attacks etc- that way you can kick people out for falling under your teams participation %

I've been in like 3 clans and all of them had "english" as their language, but in reality they all speak indian 😭 They only speak in English when I write something, but I miss 99% of the conversations while I'm offline 💀

I think the builder base should be revived. Builder base 3.0. Here are some ideas: 1.) Builder blacksmith- This will bring a builder variant of each ore and new exciting equipment for the battle machine and copter. 2.) Builder trader shop- after raid weekends, builder raid medals should be awarded along with normal raid medals so that ore can be bought for the equipment within the builder blacksmith, builder elixir and gold should also be moved to the builder trader shop. 3.) A 3rd part of the builder base that introduces a new hero, and a new out post(maybe BOB's outpost?) Maybe 2 new troops could be introduces as well 4.) Spells for the builder base- this could be as basic as a heal spell, I think this would be a good idea, especially if a 3rd part of the builder base was introduced, as it would be used to heal the troops for that 3rd stint of the attack. 5.) Supercharge upgrades for the builder base. I think its a bit sad that the builder base is forgotten about once the grind for the 6th builder is over, and these are just some ideas that might make the builder base a bit more exciting and give it more of a purpose, other than it just being used to get the 6th builder and then just be forgotten about. I hope you like some of my ideas (even if some are completely crazy) 🙂👍
I would love to see a reduction in training times, over time the time it takes to cook an army has slowly inflated and now at the higher level it takes up to an hour for one army without the gold pass, I think around 30-40 minutes is the sweet spot but currently its been getting longer and longer with more army size and new troops taking longer to cook per housing space
What I hope is that they could add a feature which we can edit or a option at the war scout of an enemy base, so that it is easier to plan your strategy
One idea I'd really wish for you to talk about to the devs. (since I don't know where to do that). Would be to give wizard towers and mortars, double if not triple damage against siège machines. Thoses 2 towers are already pretty bad. And sièges machin are currently to safe. It's more about min maxing that succeeding in your strategy anymore. Plus unlike tesla with pekka or eagle with golems. Siège machins are always présent in an attack. Meaning it would be pretty consistent. And both wouldn't miss unlike against fast troops lol. Thematicly. Fire burn siège structures. And mortar are meant to fire at building or structures. I'd really wish if this became a thing.
controllable heros was a really fun event. i went back and played it more even when i had all awards unlocked because i wanted to see the fastest ways to beat each level.
Judo we need to have the ability to access legendary skins and legendary sceneries because everything we open the skins in shop you can only get access to epic or gold skins which is a bit disappointing because legendary skins and the legendary sceneries would be great to buy again in future if you missed out on them at the time of release dates of legendary skins and legendary sceneries 🤔👀
Another nice interview, Judo! I may be in the minority, but I feel the background music is way too loud and distracting. I wish the volume was reduced or completely omitted to focus on the conversation more easily.
What I want for future updates: 1) Add more perks for clan levels (after level 10) 2) Legends league you have to options to leave that league & back to titan once your under 5k trophies rather than waiting for people to attack you until your under a certain amount of trophies 3) Have a hard mode option when searching for war and will match with other clans that enable hard mode. 4) Add a CWL sign up poll that ACTUALLY tells you who signed in for each round. 5) LAVALOON equip buffed 6) Bring back global chat!! Social aspect of the game ⤵️. Can easily add a report/block function if you guys are worried about people harassing one another
@ even still, I still hope they can consider it in the future. Even if it was something like a small perk every 5 levels after lvl 10. Lots of clans worked hard to get their clan over lvl 20+.
The cwl does tell you who signed up when you start a war. It'll have a caption that says this person opted in when you're selecting your members next to their name. It just doesn't tell you who signed it in the chat. Maybe add that as well but I see that as maybe a little overly redundant but would be cool I guess.
Tbh i feel like In the past recent years when they haven't decided to give new th every year...they add so many different things like capital super troops.... And now they are so focused on main base... They actually forget about everything... Most important we haven't seen new super troops for more than a year...😓😓
Yeah the new dev team just change the flow of the game. There is lots of things to do. But now they focus on equipment, skins, scenery, new th and events just to make money😂
I thinka. Good way to increase size on the map for new buildings you could take the army camp for example. And add multiple upgrade charges which you can use multiple builders on to simulate the extra camps without the space being taken up
@ except every camp increases the amount of troops so giving upgrade stages that you can upgrade at the same time is best. Like supercgarging but allowing multiple at one time. So that you can keep troop total integrity and allow fast progression
Hopefully if they introduce emotes, they give us the option to switch them off so they aren’t distracting… would absolutely hate seeing them while I’m attacking ngl
I feel like the friendly challenges could be change and still kept in the game but what would be good is if you can make ur own base design and just try it out yourself if your not confident with different strats
With current meta of OP heroes and equipment, the game needs some sort of a snare trap, which will immobilize the heroes for XX number of seconds. This should help make bases much more defendable
I’m sure I’m not the only one who would love to be able to see what levels different troops and buildings can get to at each town hall level. But on top of that, and more importantly imo, what the stats would be at those levels. For example: sometimes I wonder what level I’ll be able to upgrade my archer queen to for the town hall that I’m at, and what her stats will be when I do. If I really want to know information like that, I have to Google it or find another base at my level that has the heroes maxed out. A way to do that for every building, troop, spell, hero, pet, etc., would be an awesome change for me personally, and I assume other players would find it a useful feature.
Make clan capital more interesting and fresh by adding new district and new super troop would be cool to see in future update ,it would be interesting to add the competitive part for clan capital
Instant trained army will helps players to upgrade and catch up faster as we are now getting new TH level every year, plus some other minor changes to upgrading heroes, walls and defense.
Great interview. It all sounds amazing! I love that they are taking some chances and doing some big things. One thing I have been asking for concerning Clan optimization tools. Tools that are available for the Leader and CO Leaders. Things such as being able to see the clan as a whole in a screen perhaps and their stats regarding events. Knowing how much they participate percentage wise. Making several things easier for us. Deciding possibly who to include in CWLs when it’s between a couple players for the last few spots, promotions etc. I also would like the option to Ban certain accounts. Now that we have the Recruiting Board. Some toxic members still find a way to get in. There is this annoying Bot acct. that joins regarding some type of gem scam. I manage 2 clans. It’s not always easy to remember who has been doing exceptionally well in most aspects of the game. I just want some tools to help recognize people easier for what they have done for the clan. Possibly also where we could help them get better.
Hi Judo, One concern I’d like you to bring up with the Clash of Clans representatives is the difficulty new players face in progressing through the game. Right now, reaching Town Hall 17 feels like an extremely long journey. Even if a new player starts today, it would take at least four years to get there. By that time, the game will likely be at Town Hall 21, making it even harder for newcomers to catch up. Supercell has been reducing upgrade times for years, but this approach doesn’t seem to be working effectively. In the past, I used to see a lot more new players, but now they seem much rarer. What solutions do they have in mind to truly make the game more accessible for new players? Since simply cutting upgrade times isn’t solving the issue, is there a better way to help newcomers progress faster? Looking forward to your thoughts!
I would also add that at lower levels (pre-TH14), I feel that due to the introduction of hero equipment, the strategy aspect of the game has kind of been eroded, which makes it unengaging for new players to continue playing.

Things I want to see: - more super troops (Super Electro dragon, Super P.E.K.K.A, Super Ice Golem, etc.) - more perks when Clan is above lvl 10 (reduce asking time for new ClanCastle Troops to 5 minutes or less, for every 2 Clan Levels you go up you get 5 % more ores from Clan Wars Wins, etc.) - builder base Clan Wars - some new potions (hero wake up potion 🧪 for example, for when you’re upgrading your hero and you need it in war) - ore mine (probably in builder base, when you are builder base level 10 or something) - new achievements (some for TH17 and such) These are just some examples, but literally so much more could be added.
1) Peka and ed already very powerful so no chance they getting super levels 2)only increase ores numbers so we can max fast 3) already mention bh war not gone come 4)your other all ideas are preety good.
Just Reduce the time and cost for any upgrade.. game have lots of things to update.. we can't spend that much time in game. So make reasonable time and cost for update. Now i almost maxed my base u guys added supercharge feature so need to do that when i finish this. Another update will come. This is so boring😅
TO BE HONEST. TO MAKE COC PRIME AGAIN AND VERY POPULAR, IS TO CREATE A CUSTOM LOBBY WHERE YOU CAN PLAY LIKE 3 VS 3 OR 5 VS 5. THEN WE CAN MAKE SMALL TOURNAMENT AMONG OUR FRIENDS AND THIS WILL LEAD TO MORE PEOPLE ATTRACTED TO PLAY AND BE MORE COMPETETIVE.
Walls are easy to upgrade. It may take you 3 months to do that at high level, but it will not occupy a builder. Heroes, on the other hand... 50 days to upgrade the barbarian king from 50 to 60 💀 I can't imagine what happens in the late game
I had an awesome idea, when you long tap a hero during attack it shows their equipments right? Supercell can do something that will change the mechanics of the game; they can add the hero control thingy when you long tap a hero (equipments will also show), so that one can control their hero like in the events during last minute. And that might help the queen or other heroes to attack specific walls or go around walls. Heroes generally do pretty good during the initial attack and we might not need to control them then but they start losing braincells during the last parts of the attack, thats when hero controls will come handy
Pretty excited about the direction devs are going in. Looks like they’re going to maybe store up time that you can spend to train armies. Like you train up slots so you can set an army right before you attack. It seems like they’re going to change something drastic about armies
Hii judo. I dont know if its only for me but i have been thinking a lot about leagues. Not legend but the leagues before legend. We have not gotten a new league for almost 8+ years. And with release of new townhalls geetting to legend is easier. So i think they can introduce new league before titan or after titan and push legend further.
I hope you get a chance to ask one of the team about builder base this year, since BH10 came out there has been nothing. No new levels (X-Bow stuck at 5 instead of 10 like everything else), no rebalancing of the troops, no fix to the broken match making and loot earning mechanics and even the upgrade UI is still the old style.
I think the first step in the right direction would be to fix a Generic troop with a Generic name called Thrower. Once the first step is done, then perhaps we can look at bigger and better things. ☺️
There should be a controller as a Epic Rarity Equipment that can be used to control a hero and can be put on any hero. It allows you to control one hero and upgrades gave incremental percentage stat increases. (not much, like +2-5% in total)
11:11 i want a feature in upgrading walls where you can slide/scroll how much resources you want to spend and then automatically upgrade your walls (preferably the lowest level walls first) based on how much you can afford.
Thing I would have loved : 1) Using of heroes while they are upgrading (Level before upgrade) 2) Alternative source for gaining ores Like a way In The Night Village that would hook the players to play night village as well.. 3) A potion to max hero equipments just like heroes and army 4) Global chat with management bots ..Many Players Left Because of this I personally know many 5) Reducing time in upgrade and more events.... 6) Separately select cc troops for friendly challenges 7) Global chat again ...because its very important to get more players ...We feel like we are in a deserted island or something ...I want it , I dont know ,I just want it ...Just Give it Coc 🙄

I couldn't find a clan for cwl, even if there were multiple clans that were recruiting specifically for cwl (they started a normal war instead💀)

It’d be so cool to see them add something that either keeps track of your time played or how much time it’s been since the account was created.
There it is in their site you can request it and they send you email with how long you played and money spent on the game.

Collecting starry ores is the most stressful thing in the game right now.
only for people who have lot of epic equipment they want to max (like 25% of the player base) for the rest of the people, glowy is the bottleneck

I think the builder base should be revived. Builder base 3.0. Here are some ideas: 1.) Builder blacksmith- This will bring a builder variant of each ore and new exciting equipment for the battle machine and copter. 2.) Builder trader shop- after raid weekends, builder raid medals should be awarded along with normal raid medals so that ore can be bought for the equipment within the builder blacksmith, builder elixir and gold should also be moved to the builder trader shop. 3.) A 3rd part of the builder base that introduces a new hero, and a new out post(maybe BOB's outpost?) Maybe 2 new troops could be introduces as well 4.) Spells for the builder base- this could be as basic as a heal spell, I think this would be a good idea, especially if a 3rd part of the builder base was introduced, as it would be used to heal the troops for that 3rd stint of the attack. 5.) Supercharge upgrades for the builder base. I think its a bit sad that the builder base is forgotten about once the grind for the 6th builder is over, and these are just some ideas that might make the builder base a bit more exciting and give it more of a purpose, other than it just being used to get the 6th builder and then just be forgotten about. I hope you like some of my ideas (even if some are completely crazy) 🙂👍

I hope we get new levels for Builder Base and Clan Capital soon, it has been way to long since the last time we got new content for them.
I want CH Heroes where they have 5 levels and they mostly get new skills instead of improved stats.

I would love to see a reduction in training times, over time the time it takes to cook an army has slowly inflated and now at the higher level it takes up to an hour for one army without the gold pass, I think around 30-40 minutes is the sweet spot but currently its been getting longer and longer with more army size and new troops taking longer to cook per housing space

Would be to give wizard towers and mortars, double if not triple damage against siège machines.
Thoses 2 towers are already pretty bad. And sièges machin are currently to safe. It's more about min maxing that succeeding in your strategy anymore.
Plus unlike tesla with pekka or eagle with golems. Siège machins are always présent in an attack. Meaning it would be pretty consistent.
And both wouldn't miss unlike against fast troops lol.
Thematicly. Fire burn siège structures. And mortar are meant to fire at building or structures.
I'd really wish if this became a thing.

controllable heros was a really fun event. i went back and played it more even when i had all awards unlocked because i wanted to see the fastest ways to beat each level.

Judo we need to have the ability to access legendary skins and legendary sceneries because everything we open the skins in shop you can only get access to epic or gold skins which is a bit disappointing because legendary skins and the legendary sceneries would be great to buy again in future if you missed out on them at the time of release dates of legendary skins and legendary sceneries 🤔👀

What I want for future updates:
1) Add more perks for clan levels (after level 10)
2) Legends league you have to options to leave that league & back to titan once your under 5k trophies rather than waiting for people to attack you until your under a certain amount of trophies
3) Have a hard mode option when searching for war and will match with other clans that enable hard mode.
4) Add a CWL sign up poll that ACTUALLY tells you who signed in for each round.
5) LAVALOON equip buffed
6) Bring back global chat!! Social aspect of the game ⤵️. Can easily add a report/block function if you guys are worried about people harassing one another

@ even still, I still hope they can consider it in the future. Even if it was something like a small perk every 5 levels after lvl 10. Lots of clans worked hard to get their clan over lvl 20+.
Global isn't ever coming back sadly.
The cwl does tell you who signed up when you start a war. It'll have a caption that says this person opted in when you're selecting your members next to their name. It just doesn't tell you who signed it in the chat. Maybe add that as well but I see that as maybe a little overly redundant but would be cool I guess.
I think what would be cool is a spell or an equipment that let you target a building for a hero or troops

I thinka. Good way to increase size on the map for new buildings you could take the army camp for example. And add multiple upgrade charges which you can use multiple builders on to simulate the extra camps without the space being taken up
just merge all the damn things already, like the barracks theres no need for there to be 4 when theres a space issue, one camp, one army
@ except every camp increases the amount of troops so giving upgrade stages that you can upgrade at the same time is best. Like supercgarging but allowing multiple at one time. So that you can keep troop total integrity and allow fast progression

I feel like the friendly challenges could be change and still kept in the game but what would be good is if you can make ur own base design and just try it out yourself if your not confident with different strats
With current meta of OP heroes and equipment, the game needs some sort of a snare trap, which will immobilize the heroes for XX number of seconds. This should help make bases much more defendable
I’m sure I’m not the only one who would love to be able to see what levels different troops and buildings can get to at each town hall level. But on top of that, and more importantly imo, what the stats would be at those levels. For example: sometimes I wonder what level I’ll be able to upgrade my archer queen to for the town hall that I’m at, and what her stats will be when I do. If I really want to know information like that, I have to Google it or find another base at my level that has the heroes maxed out. A way to do that for every building, troop, spell, hero, pet, etc., would be an awesome change for me personally, and I assume other players would find it a useful feature.

Instant trained army will helps players to upgrade and catch up faster as we are now getting new TH level every year, plus some other minor changes to upgrading heroes, walls and defense.

One thing I have been asking for concerning Clan optimization tools. Tools that are available for the Leader and CO Leaders. Things such as being able to see the clan as a whole in a screen perhaps and their stats regarding events. Knowing how much they participate percentage wise. Making several things easier for us. Deciding possibly who to include in CWLs when it’s between a couple players for the last few spots, promotions etc. I also would like the option to Ban certain accounts. Now that we have the Recruiting Board. Some toxic members still find a way to get in. There is this annoying Bot acct. that joins regarding some type of gem scam. I manage 2 clans. It’s not always easy to remember who has been doing exceptionally well in most aspects of the game. I just want some tools to help recognize people easier for what they have done for the clan. Possibly also where we could help them get better.

One concern I’d like you to bring up with the Clash of Clans representatives is the difficulty new players face in progressing through the game. Right now, reaching Town Hall 17 feels like an extremely long journey. Even if a new player starts today, it would take at least four years to get there. By that time, the game will likely be at Town Hall 21, making it even harder for newcomers to catch up.
Supercell has been reducing upgrade times for years, but this approach doesn’t seem to be working effectively. In the past, I used to see a lot more new players, but now they seem much rarer. What solutions do they have in mind to truly make the game more accessible for new players? Since simply cutting upgrade times isn’t solving the issue, is there a better way to help newcomers progress faster?

I would also add that at lower levels (pre-TH14), I feel that due to the introduction of hero equipment, the strategy aspect of the game has kind of been eroded, which makes it unengaging for new players to continue playing.

I think there should be new unique rewards for the new social feature just like books from clan games and hammers from the cwl.
Things I want to see:
- more super troops (Super Electro dragon, Super P.E.K.K.A, Super Ice Golem, etc.)
- more perks when Clan is above lvl 10 (reduce asking time for new ClanCastle Troops to 5 minutes or less, for every 2 Clan Levels you go up you get 5 % more ores from Clan Wars Wins, etc.)
- builder base Clan Wars
- some new potions (hero wake up potion 🧪 for example, for when you’re upgrading your hero and you need it in war)
- ore mine (probably in builder base, when you are builder base level 10 or something)
- new achievements (some for TH17 and such)
These are just some examples, but literally so much more could be added.
1) Peka and ed already very powerful so no chance they getting super levels
2)only increase ores numbers so we can max fast
3) already mention bh war not gone come
4)your other all ideas are preety good.

Just Reduce the time and cost for any upgrade.. game have lots of things to update.. we can't spend that much time in game. So make reasonable time and cost for update. Walls are easy to upgrade. It may take you 3 months to do that at high level, but it will not occupy a builder.

I had an awesome idea, when you long tap a hero during attack it shows their equipments right?
Supercell can do something that will change the mechanics of the game; they can add the hero control thingy when you long tap a hero (equipments will also show), so that one can control their hero like in the events during last minute. And that might help the queen or other heroes to attack specific walls or go around walls. Heroes generally do pretty good during the initial attack and we might not need to control them then but they start losing braincells during the last parts of the attack, thats when hero controls will come handy
More game updates and more rewards to bring more future player in game. We love Clash if clans from the very start untill now.
Pretty excited about the direction devs are going in. Looks like they’re going to maybe store up time that you can spend to train armies. Like you train up slots so you can set an army right before you attack. It seems like they’re going to change something drastic about armies

Hii judo. I dont know if its only for me but i have been thinking a lot about leagues. Not legend but the leagues before legend. We have not gotten a new league for almost 8+ years. And with release of new townhalls geetting to legend is easier. So i think they can introduce new league before titan or after titan and push legend further.

I hope you get a chance to ask one of the team about builder base this year, since BH10 came out there has been nothing. No new levels (X-Bow stuck at 5 instead of 10 like everything else), no rebalancing of the troops, no fix to the broken match making and loot earning mechanics and even the upgrade UI is still the old style.
I think the first step in the right direction would be to fix a Generic troop with a Generic name called Thrower. Once the first step is done, then perhaps we can look at bigger and better things. ☺️
I don't understand why people are hating on the name?😭 The naming is the most basic clash thing. The majority of troops are named similarly.
Dragon, hog rider, dragon rider, yeti... They all have easy names. But thrower, for some reasons, seems very wrong to me 😂. "Impaler" would be cooler

There should be a controller as a Epic Rarity Equipment that can be used to control a hero and can be put on any hero. It allows you to control one hero and upgrades gave incremental percentage stat increases. (not much, like +2-5% in total)

11:11 i want a feature in upgrading walls where you can slide/scroll how much resources you want to spend and then automatically upgrade your walls (preferably the lowest level walls first) based on how much you can afford.
Thing I would have loved :
1) Using of heroes while they are upgrading (Level before upgrade)
2) Alternative source for gaining ores Like a way In The Night Village that would hook the players to play night village as well..
3) A potion to max hero equipments just like heroes and army
