Doing home hemo for my husband and the pac exhausted on my first night alone at home. The manual is ridiculous considering how easy it was. Thanks for the video, it was very easy to follow.
Wow, who trained those who are missing parts of the training session? Our RN tacked a bit of extra time on the supposed to have been a 6 week process. She sensed that I lost some confidence and Im glad she did that.
You need to attach a control unit conductivity sensor adapter (in one of the plastic packages taped to the PAK - with orange clamp) to the line with two blue clamps. Then screw that onto the knob with the orange circle. I wasted a PAK by not following that step.
it just says standby press go to start. there is not enough time on my old pak for one more batch or treatment. it sure would be nice to know how to get to "prime pak" from someone because NO ONE covered this in training. ugh
Make sure your machine is unplugged and no sak or pak in machine. Plug it in, and follow directions on machine. ( take your old pak out, and unplug puteflow) it resets to new.
I seem to be having all the above. I admit, I may be a bit thick up there and Im more a hands on kind of person but I feel like Im intruding asking for enlightenment.
While I appreciate the video very much, I must point out a couple of glaring errors in your presentation. I am new to all of this, have only done it in the clinic once, and attempted to Prime my pack at home for the first time. In your video, you mentioned absolutely nothing about connecting the blue line to the conductivity line. As a result, I ended up with a tub full of water. Spent forever cleaning that out, and trying to get the alarm to stop. When I opened the blue line to connect it to the conductivity port, it's sprayed a large amount of water all over the machine. Now it won't go any further because it's giving me an error that says leak detected in pack.. as I said, I appreciate that you put up this video, but it is severely lacking in good, or close up camera angles that would show what's going on. And it is also lacking in verbal communication about exactly what you are doing. Would you please consider removing this video, filming a new one with better step by step explanations, as well as improved camera angles and close-ups so people don't make the same mistakes I did. Thank you so much

I saw that...orange to orange ... no? Not blue to orange!!
