Another tip is to invest $30 or so into a wide angle lens. Makes a huge difference if you don't have a giant space to play with, but still want your phone to capture your whole body.

I literally filmed a dance cover video that looked good on the phone but when I played it on my iMac it was BLURRY. It wasn't something that I could just refilm so I'm so mad I didn't find this video before I filmed the dance video...
