We Screwed Up Big Time.. | Duck Hunting 2023 (Game Warden Called)

- On our last day in North Dakota we decided to try hunting some big water for the divers and mallards that had stuck around the area. We threw out our entire spread on a large point and before long we had birds trading through the decoys. It ended up being an incredible mixed bag hunt but unfortunately we had unknowingly broken the law during it and had to deal with the consequences when the game warden showed up. Hope you enjoy!

If you make a mistake it's best to just own up to it exactly like you did. My younger cousin went whitetail deer hunting for the first time and shot an illegal buck, because it was the first year for point restrictions in Missouri, where they have to have at least 4 points on one side, sadly what he thought was a big 8pt. turned out to be a huge 6pt. with no brows. He immediately called a game warden and because he was honest about the mistake the warden just gave him a written warning and let him keep the buck with a "Salvage Tag" so he could get the deer processed and keep the meat. So it pays to be honest more times than not.
that's only northern missouri. can shoot anything with horns in the southern part.
Did they confiscate the antlers?
That happened to me with a mule deer this year in bc Canada. What I thought was a 4x3 had one of the points too short by 5 millimeters so it was technically a 3x3. Called the conservation officers and was let off with a warning. Didn’t get to retain the deer.
@@Alex66000 man that’s messed up they won’t let you keep it. In the state I hunt there are 3 different public units within 15 miles. One has a 3 point on 1 side, another has an either/or 15” inside spread/18 inch main beam and the 3rd unit has no restrictions.
Ya it was disappointing I couldn’t keep it. Saw 3 bigger legal mule deer bucks the following weeks after that incident so definitely stung a little. Also damn those are some confusing restrictions in such a small area. For whitetail where I live it’s any buck for basically all the units in the province.
I am a 76-year-old hunter and you would like to compliment you guys on how you handled this situation. No bullshit and no complaining despite some pretty complex regs that make it easy to screw up.
Designed to be a minefield of compliance. Those who do this are Satanic.
That is one of the wildest waterfowl laws I have ever heard! LOL Good on you though!
Its one of the weirder ones I've ever seen, still not an excuse for forgetting it though
Its not wild its been a law for like 40 years . That's why we have good goose hunting for you guys. Saves alot of birds.
@@jon2464 its wild that its so oddly specific. you'd think it would be a block of months on and off. not mini time windows shortly peppered multiple days in a week.
It's totally a weird/wild law. You've just become accustomed to it because "that's the way it's always been". 🙂 @@jon2464
@@jon2464just because it’s been a law for 40 years doesn’t mean that’s it’s not weird or wild. It’s a law that needs to be amended. 40 years ago it was justified.
Why Wednesday and Saturday? Is it Geese period of just dark geese which would make less sense yet and more confusing. It’s a gotcha law.
A tough situation but commendable for you all to own up to your mistake for something that I'm sure anyone of us could make. Respect you all even more now.
I appreciate that! If nothing else it's a mistake that we learned from and won't make again!
mistake ? hell cook that thing up for dinner
We're all human and mistakes are inevitable. Good on you all for just owning it. I've always found that just being honest and forthcoming, especially in less than pleasant situations is the best solution. Great hunt guys.
Less pheasant*
I appreciate it! Wasn't how we wanted that hunt to end but we learned a lesson and everyone walked away a little wiser
Well, it seems like they may be morons……there is no pass in the law for being a moron.
They could've given a warning
bs read the rules.
That is an odd law, applicable only after 2:00 on a Wednesday or Saturday if it is an even number day on the Wednesday and an odd number day on Saturday but only if the combined numbers on both the Wednesday and Saturday dates is divisible by an even prime number that is less than the hunters shoe size.
Right?!?!? 😅😅😅 And any other violation that they can conjure up?
Thumbs up for owning up to the mistake and taking responsibility. I'm a hunter in Ontario (Canada), but I've never hunted migratory birds. That seems like a really wierd rule....only allowed on Saturdays and Wednesdays after 2:00? WTF? I'm all for regulations to preserve the species we're hunting, but that is just so random.
It's to generate revenue by organized theft....
Thats a wild rule no damn geese are endangered lol let's these kids have a good time
@@ShawnGilbert1967 It's to allow the geese to rest instead of being pounded every day from sun up till sun down. It encourages them to stay in the area longer instead of flying over.
@@josephkerking8638 hammer em they are a scourge you can't kill em out if you tried....

@chambers0240 do ya miss em? See that part where I said a scourge....they NEED culling that's why you can kill 20 day with NO possession limit ( people do it morning and evening all the time because there is no possession limit ), where I live...game warden unless his old lady pissed him off wouldn't give you a ticket for a truck bed full of em....
I love how they make hunting and fishing regulations so complicated.
well, you want to hunt, you have to be smart enough to figure out the regs. These guys were not complaining, they owned up to it.
That is like the only regulation for bird hunting in North Dakota besides the possession limits for every species. Pretty easy to follow.
This is exactly why residents hate oosers.
What's complicated about that? Do you find it difficult to tell time? Or is it that you have trouble remembering which day of the week it is?
If a goose farts into an eastern wind, you but count five seconds before shooting IF it’s 30 minutes before sunset. If the dewpoint is higher than the day before, you can disregard UNLESS the wind temp is lower. Everyone knows this man.
Let’s be real…. Calling the game warden on another group shooting a goose isn’t really cool. The law is the law but instead of ratting on someone to the game warden, maybe paddle over and remind the group about the law. It’s not like they were stacking up numerous geese it was one. Everyone who hunts ducks has broke the law once or twice whether it was shooting light, shooting a goose after a time limit, etc. Again the law is the law, but imo ratting someone out on a pretty insignificant infraction is kinda shitty, again esp when we have all likely done something wrong before 🤷🏻♂️
There's 0 excuse for shooting before legal light... I can definitely understand missing this unique goose time limit
@@gofish2233 I’m not saying shooting way before shooting light, I’m talking maybe a minute or two before. Everyone has shot a minute before shooting light whether u looked at your time wrong or anything.

Yep that was a dick move… Honest mistake.
Much respect for owning up and admitting youre wrong rather than blame the authorities. If more people were like you in the world it'd be a better place

No, it is a stupid law. If he did something truly wrong than he was very mature but he did not do anything that was actually wrong.
@@ShortLandPattern whether you agree with the law or not, the law is law. If you truly find it so appalling then maybe you should go lobby your local state rep or governor's office to change the law. But until then people have to follow the rules.
Nah, they'll ignore us like they always do. You have a "sit down and take it" mindset.@@novemberstango7291
How could anyone not love a hunting dog? They are so special, no matter what type of hunting dog it is.
Years ago (1975) I hunted Oswego Harbor on Lake Ontario for divers in a special one week season the week after Christmas. Divers liked to feed within the harbor walls. We would set our decoys along the breakwalls at 4 am. We would often have to break ice going across the Oswego River in the morning to set up outside the east breakwall. We had a small rowboat and 10 HP motor. Tough hunting. A mistake could be fatal. Waves would break over the walls and immediately freeze on clothing and guns. Redheads and canvasbacks were not legal back then and on overcast days in low light, bluebills could look similar. I shot a merganser, a fish duck by mistake, legal but not good eating. We hunted daylight to dark in subzero weather. Couldn't pay me to do it today. I was more of a puddler duck guy and despite living next to a good swamp, I no longer hunt. I wish we had had Goretex back then. I hunted in a snowmobile suit with a rubberized nylon raincoat over it. I could barely move.
Yep, you guys were stand up and dealt with the goose the best way possible. Great hunt video and pretty good shootin'.
Thanks Jacob! I appreciate it!
Yes, we as hunters are responsible for knowing and following the rules. Seems to me that particular one is unecessarily cumbersome and easy to unintentionally break. To your point, honkers (of any variety) are definatley not worth getting in trouble for.
you all always do great videos. Owning up to a mistake is a sign of maturity (nothing to do with "age"). Best to you
Thanks Nick! I appreciate it!
This is PRECISELY why I don’t hunt OR fish anymore.
The laws are sooo damned convoluted, by the time you get them sorted out, you’ve violated some regulation.
The one, only and last citation I got was for using the wrong shot.
It was steel only, on one side of the road….lead on the other.
And…while checking our birds, I had 4 or 5 white ducks. ( too many years ago…don’t recall the kind )
The warden advised me 2 were juveniles….unlawful to take.
They were virtually identical in size and color, etc.
I asked how he ( or I ) could tell.
He expanded a wing and pointed to some small “pin feathers” in the wing-pit. That was it….
Couldn’t be seen 10 ‘ away.
$600 in citations.
That was the last time I ever hunted.
Fishing is every bit, if not more complicated.
It's ridiculous I feel like we gotta do something about it
Great hunt Thomas. Notice your duck ID is spot on.
The bag limit there is a little more generous than Va. or NC. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Sammy! They have a larger mallard limit out there but pretty much all the other species specific regulations are the same. We actually get to go back to a 4 mallard limit in Virginia this year which I'm pretty excited about!
You are one of the best waterfowl RUclipsrs doin it … everyone makes mistakes and forgets sometimes. All you can do is own up and take it like a man. Good on yah ! Some ignorance in the comments really show. Good stuff sir !
Thanks Brayden! I really appreciate it!
That dog is HARD AS A BRICK to go out in that cold water like that. Good dog.
The limited hours is because on the prairie you can chase a flock until it lands and then jump shoot the flock. They never get a chance to rest or feed with a few dozen hunters trailing every flock.
Mr. Green Jeans rarely cuts any slack or exercises discretion when it comes to people making honest mistakes. I'm not saying they're bad guys (and gals), but they don't give out many breaks. A friend of mine racked up a $600 ticket this year because he called the SoDak hotline and they gave him a 3 DUCK license instead of a 3 DAY license. It for sure put a damper on a great hunt. Kudos for putting this on your channel and taking it on the chin rather than some other youtubers who violate game laws and get called out in the comments section.
Back in the 1960s living in a small community every body had guns and hunted anything bigger than a goose deer etc was strapped to the hood of the car and driven around the town with the car horn honking showing it off !
The different hunting seasons were well anticipated and prepared for
When I was 9 I was invited along on my first duck hunt not as a hunter but to observe what went down
I helped build the duck blind on the lake shore a week ahead
Opening day we got in the duck blind well before daylight
As the sun rose we could see the hunters who came up from the city they were standing 50 feet apart each side of the blind all along the shore
A teal flew over it was shot 15 to 20 times before it hit the water it was basically mush with lead
They were arguing and neatly got in a fist fight to see who owned it
They were shooting at dots in the sky with no hope of hitting them
We packed up and left
That was my experience with duck hunting
Have a great day !
Great set up! I can never understand weird regulations like that. No geese after 2pm except Saturday and Wednesday?
It’s to give them a rest so they don’t get pushed out of the area right away, wether it works or not is a different debate.
Another good one Thomas!Looked like ND.worked out well for you and your friends from Va.Tough one on the goose...not intended,at all,but like you said it's our responsibility to know the laws. The other hunters calling the warden because you guys beat them to the best spot(point) is why I quit hunting public.I'm looking forward to your hunts in SD. "Don't Move Ther're Coming In."
Thanks Don! It was a fun trip and even though that wasn't the way we wanted it to end, it was still an incredible time with good friends!
Everyone makes mistakes. You took it in stride. Great hunt and video!
Thanks Joseph! I appreciate it!
Did that Game warden just assume that bird's species? What if that bird identified as a duck?
Stupid law IMO. Great hunt though glad to see its cold enough where you are to push down some unique ducks. Nice laye season hunt
My sympathies...but good heavens, what kind of law is that? Not after 2pm, except on two days of the week, seriously- its convoluted laws that turn law abiding citizens into criminals- did the GW keep the bird too? If not, I would get that one stuffed for sure just for the conversation piece.
There’s laws like that all over the United States and Canada
Perspective from California: You cant shoplift more than 900 dollars worth from a store at one time, or you might get a ticket. Just sayin.
Back in the 70's and 80's it was 1 PM.
When it comes to breaking laws I always take the perspective of "what are the guidelines of this law protecting?"
I have the same question here - why the time regulations, either theyre legal to hunt or they arent, I see no difference in the time of day that it occurs.
IMO this seems more like revenue generation than anything else.
after a certain hour geese loose vision aspect so regulation put in for 2 in afternoon and to give them a break from being hunted they close so many days in a week
I’m from Commiefornia and that law sounds crazy.
Is that law kinda like one of those old "no chickens outside the coop between 3 and 5pm during the school day" or "no carrying ice cream in your back pocket on Sunday" kinda things?
Laws are always compounded upon, never removed. You'll eventually break a law you never knew existed because it hasn't been enforced since before you were born, but that one law enforcement officer needed to get you for something so here we are....
Them boys were mad they sitting on the bank while ya'll were adding to the duck strap!!!
You cant shoot geese after 2 except on Wednesday and Saturday when facing east while the wind blows west with geese flying in from the north and your car is parked in south. I've forgotten how convoluted the regulations can be.
Crazy law. Good for yall taking that L tho. Great hunt and small price to pay for a great experience. And at all learn the hard way sometimes..I always say no lesson was ever learned the easy way lol. Can't wait to see yall back in nc! My buddy and I just hunted Pamlico and had a great hunt. Pin tails, gadwall, bills, scoter, and a rogue woodie lol
Love to hear that! I've heard some really good reports from down around the coast the last couple days, sounds like the migration made it down there pretty early this year!
Whoever called the game warden on you for shooting one goose after 2PM is a total loser and shouldn’t be hunting. They were being petty because you were shooting more ducks than them.
Nah, they were right to. Just like OP was man enough to admit they goofed and move on.
@@f1point2 you dont have to report ever driver that goes 5 mph above the speed limit.
@@f1point2 They were right to call about a goose? If we admitted to breaking traffic laws every time, none of us would have a single dollar left after paying fines every day. Why would conservation laws be different from traffic laws?
8:14 I liked when the recon duck snuck up to see who was doing all the shooting. He just forgot to duck at the end.
Interesting how many people in the comments are good with poaching.
Why would someone calling in poaching be a loser?
Not saying he did it intentionally but he did do it.
If you see someone jacklighting deer and shooting 5 at a time do you just ignore that? And if you do call that in your just a sad little loser?
I respect you guys for being honest, I also hunt Canada Geese here in Ontario and it is fun. Great video boys.👍

That is so weird i have never heard of that before lol. Like i have heard of meads having weird laws like that but geese after 2pm on certain days of the week? Whattt?!?!? Weird as heck. Good video though and good you owned up to your accident
It's meant to cut down the pressure on the honkers, especially cause they mainly feed in the fields in the afternoons once it gets really cold. We just weren't expecting to even have an opportunity at geese with the spinners out and no honker decoys so when that one came over I totally blanked on the fact that it wasn't one of those two days
@@HokeOutdoors or before 2pm. a real dangerous criminal you are.
@@HokeOutdoors Geese come out of the marshes at daybreak , and immediately start feeding in the fields , they don't wait until afternoon . 2 o'clock is when they begin to start coming back to the marshes to water and roost for the night . The DNR knows this and targets that time slot to catch people shooting them as they come back to roost in the evening .
FYI it’s different for dark and light geese. Dark is 1pm, light is 2PM.
Not in ND 2PM for both
“You can shoot geese… but only if it’s before 2pm… or if it’s Saturday or Wednesday” sounds like a joke to make fun of over complicated rules.
I'm not a duck hunter but I've often wondered how you can tell the difference between species of ducks when they're flying 100mph. It seems like it would be hard enough to tell males from females when they're flying that fast. Enjoyed the video.
Its a process of elimination, at distance I at least primarily use bird size, flock numbers, and wing cadence along with knowledge of what birds are around to narrow it down to a handful of birds where I just need some flash of color to make an ID. Sometimes, especially low light conditions, you really can't tell for sure but wait 15 minutes and you'll have enough light. It just takes time birds have their quirks and certain species have a "tell" I primarily harvest blue wing teal in FL and one of the biggest things I noticed when flying is they have very light feathers on the bottom of their wings and combined with a super fast wing cadence you really notice the white flashing. There are also ducks that look nearly identical like blue bills and ring necks where you really just can't tell on the wing.
@@sg0310I mean first duck is a free you can shoot one of anything once big duck opens.
@@sg0310 summed it up perfectly. That’s why with some fowl I’m glad there’s not a specific limit as there are (here at least) with some such as Redheads, Canvasbacks and a couple others which are easy to ID with enough light

Exactly why I've given up duck hunting. If it's not exactly right in the decoys it's too difficult for me to judge the bird. That coupled with insane game laws , I can't afford tickets
Law enforcement isn't usually going to help you for telling them you broke the law. Hide the evidence and make them work for that ticket.
i cant believe someone called the warden on them over that.
Canada geese are about as rare as illegal immigrants . See anybody getting tickets for enabling that lawbreaking operation to continue ?
@@bermchasinjealous hunters- in my experience Minnesota hunters are the absolute worst for complete disregard for rules and regs. Unless they can turn someone else in… they have completely destroyed North Dakota hunting and access and now they are destroying South Dakota

Thanks Nasser! I appreciate you watching as always!
It seemd like there were quite a few shots taken followed by "Was that a _______?"… indicating you weren't sure what you had shot. So besides the goose issue, you seemed unsure of what you were shooting.
since you cant shoot them just sitting on the water, it means you kinda have to shoot them during flight which can make it hard to identify.
How well do you think the DNR warden would do , trying to follow these same regulations if he was hunting ? Could he tell the difference between diving duck species that are zipping by at breakneck speed ? Or would he " sort them out " on the water or land like everyone else has to . Another question is who shot what duck ? In the flurry of shots and excitement , who honestly knows just who shot which duck ? In a mixed bag situation you dole out the ducks as needed to fill bag limits and allow everyone to be able to keep shooting . Truth .
You should know what you’re shooting.

Only before 2 O'clock on a Wednesday or Saturday unless it's overcast then until 12 O'clock. Or it's in a bay on a riverside wile wearing rubber boots or full waders then you can take a 1/2 bird. Nao if it's a Nationally Celebrated Holiday you can collect the other half, but only from a boat that is not exceeding 3 people and only has less than a 10HP kicker motor.

I thought you were going to kill something like a stork or an ancient gold duck or something wild lol. You killed a boring old Canadian goose which in my opinion shouldn't be a protected species as there are well over 3 million of them or at least they shouldn't be protected as much as they are just put a limit
Atleast the dudes honest, most other dudes that film hunting would’ve shoved it under the rug
Game Wardens are like concord they are everywhere and yet no where to be seen
You could've easily not posted this video because of what had happened. I appreciate and respect the fact that you did. We all have moments we can learn from and become better hunters and individuals because of those experiences. Congrats on a good hunt!
Thats a strange law....It happens though. Hopefully the fine wasnt too much. I got hit for a "trespassing while hunting violation". The locals said it was public land, (it looks like any old bypass) the game wardens just waved at me when they saw me fishing it. Decided to hunt the mallards on it one day? TICKET....6 days and 28 hours in court commuting, suppose to be $1500 fine, judge dropped it to $250 because he realized it was an honest mistake, even though there were no private property signs whatsoever... I now run OnX before I go anywhere.
I know the law might sound crazy. The idea is to give the big birds some down time to encourage them to stay around. Other places close off at noon.
The ticket hurts more from a sportsman not wanting to break a law than from a financial stand point.
Thanks for the reminder to check the regulation and double when your an "out of Towner".😊
The annoying thing for us is that we'd discussed that rule as group on our first day there and just forgot it in the moment. I have zero issue with the law though, it's a weird one with the certain days of the week that go until sunset but that's not an excuse to not remember it
Well, there seems to be no shortage of them by the amount of krap that they leave in our nearby parks & sidewalks.
Oh yeah , those geese will stick around if they're only shot at on certain days of the week and at certain times . They'll mark it down on their calendar and check their watches before they fly around every day . These college educated bureaucrats are a real piece of work . No common sense at all . A real good study is the history of non - toxic shot rules and regs , and the evolution thereof . The Three Stooges were at least one step above these clowns in intelligence .

Your mistake today proves why it is so important to reread and memorize the rules and regulations of the states you hunt.
No doubt! We had actually discussed this rule on the first day of our trip because I knew it would be an easy one to miss. Just forgot about it in the moment unfortunately
the regulations are insane.
Or Remember not to hunt in states with bullshit laws. At 1:59pm you can shoot it, at 2:01pm now you pay a fine. LOL fuck that don’t hunt there

As your video shows, or doesn't show, colors do not stand out and mistakes can be made. We had to chase some cripples down with our boat but kill the engine when we got close for a shot. Your setup looks similar to our harbor except we were on breakwalls shooting back toward the city, perfectly legal. The conservation officers were on shore with binoculars watching our every move for an illegal taking.

Maybe it’s just me, but if I saw a group of young kids that made an honest mistake, I wouldn’t call the game warden on them, especially if I could clearly see that it was an honest mistake after I had informed them of it. Geez it’s not like they are gang banging thugs or poachers.
I have a hard and fast rule.... never call le for ANY reason.
That is a stupid law. I can understand making laws for seasons when they're breeding but a certain hour of the day? What the hell difference does it make if you shot the goose at 1:30 vs 2:00? Also,Canadian geese are one of the most abundant waterfowl even to the point that they cause issues on runways and golf courses
*Quietly removes ND from hunting destination list* What an absolute batshit law. I know they have their reasons for stuff like that, but I feel like there's many better and less confusing ways to "give the birds a break" or whatever they think they're doing, other than "don't shoot geese after 2pm besides on two arbitrary days of the week." I'm in a state know for having ridiculous laws and regs, and I still think that's some bullshit.
They don't tho. It's arbitrary.
Their DNR subscribes to the same bullshit theories - make everything as complicated and convoluted as possible , to write out as many tickets as possible . This succeeds in hunters and fishermen quitting the sport in droves . That is the exact result they have achieved .
Thanks for your honesty and cool hunt too 👍🦆
Do you ever do “shoot and cook” videos? Like catch and cook fishing videos.
I used to work with some guys in the Coal Mine, who live near the lake, where everyone would duck hunt. I remember on one time when my Roof Bolter, helper told about a guy shooting duck, that he had no idea what he’d shot. He told that the game wardens were always around there because of people shooting ducks that were illegal to shoot. So this guy, shot this duck, and didn’t know what kind it was, so he asked the game who was close by. He asked, asked the warden what kind of duck of duck of duck is this, and game warden told him , that’s a $250.00 duck, and fined him. 8:05
You do realize when you have your decoy set up that tight there any coming in Bird thinks that groups going to get ready to take off in the next three minutes they're all getting together and having a chitchat about where they're going to drink the next beer at

In mississippi its alot more simple. U can only shoot geese on thursday evenings and sunday mornings as long as your left wader has 4 holes at least 2.7 namo meters in diameter, not to exceed 3.9 nanometers in diameter, and with a rifled shotgun which shoots only octagnal copper shot.
Real simple
Sounds about right 🤣
Its a good law...keeps geese in the State.....you must feel terrible....hurts your reputation and out of State hunters ....every one makes mistakes...good on you for owning up .....
Geese migrate . They also don't stick around if you only shoot them on Tuesdays and Saturdays . They are very intelligent and will adjust their schedules and distances to avoid hunters . The Horicon Marsh was where I served my apprenticeship concerning them . They adapt very well , and don't need the DNR's bogus ticket trap written laws to thrive .
THIS is exactly what drives me crazy about modern hunting..there is so many rules that it feels impossible to actually be “legal”..I’ll stick to 20+ thousand acre private lands I fortunately have access too, we can do whatever we want!
Saturday and Wednesday are when the Governor goes hunting
Super dooshy of the other party. Holy hell
You should get an antique shotgun with a polychoke and 2.75 chamber. Make it a real challenge. I have an old 1959 franchi 48AL with a factory polychoke. I can reach out there about 50 yards with it set to full. Makes for really fun bird hunts. On3 antique that can do all the shotgun sports easily.
Different people enjoy the hunt in different ways, just because you like using a older shotgun doesn’t mean it’s automatically more fun for others.
@jaydunbar7538 man I enjoy a challenge. I've shot duck with a recurve for the challenge. If you don't push the envelope what is the point. If you are going to try to grow, if you don't try it at the difficulty our ancestors faced then why even do it. You can't appreciate the level you have available if you don't try the difficulty of the past. That is why I enjoy using antiques. If you just use a modern shotgun and never tried it with an antique then you don't really know that you enjoy your modern better do you. So there is no call for you to troll me.
no way those dudes turned up seen you in the spot they wanted and rang the warden absolute bell ends
Well mistakes definitely get made but sounds like to me the Karen’s was jealous they weren’t killing many birds
Um can someone enlighten me on why you can’t shoot geese after 2pm? Genuinely curious the reason behind that, looked like a great hunt minus the ticket!
Thanks Hunter! It's intended to keep the pressure down on the geese, they mainly feed in the afternoons up there once it get's really cold
@HokeOutdoors, so basically they are limiting the opportunity. They sure don't need any tourism dollars is my guess. Just keep driving hunter numbers down.
Thats a very complicated law; it's an honest mistake for somebody not used to it.
