    Good cases, good images. But today probably those cases with retrograde intra mural hematoma at the left main or the last one with ruptured plaque in the left main with sudden cardiac arrest would have been treated by left main stenting.

    in case nub 5 would you explain the decision to treatment distal lm lesion with only ballon thank you very much
