My daughter just had her third baby boy in April. With each birth she took with her, a basket filled with snack and drinks to the nurses in labor and delivery to let them know how much there were appreciated. Huge hit every time!

Honestly girl, I was at the hospital a total of 5 days expecting max 2 days lol. Pack what you want especially since you’re considered “high risk”. You just never know. LOVE the frilly socks! So cute girl!

Hey Devin, fellow diabetic here...lol. When i was pregnant, my dr said diabetics usually have bigger babies. My boy was 9 lbs 2ozs. Btw, i absolutely love my weighted eye mask. Cant wait to see Ivey with baby Brewer!!!! 😊😊
Hey mamas they will have a breast pump at the hospital for you to use if needed ❤ I had gestational diabetes and I started pumping at 37 weeks (approved by my MD) and saved all the colostrum and brought it to the hospital with me and gave to baby in syringe to help his blood sugar so he never needed to go to NICU. Praying for a safe delivery!
Let’s normalize letting moms pack whatever they want to pack. 🎉

Boy have times changed lol In 1989 I gave birth to twins by C-section. Pretty much slept in the hospital gown til I put my “cute” sweats on (tied down below my belly) when I left 🤷🏼♀️ Was a crazy time trying to stay focused on babies in a tiny shared hospital room (thankfully it was empty most of the time) so no time for all the gadgets and clothing changes. I had one tiny bag with babies and my outfit lol

Wow 😮 gone are the days when going to hospital to have a baby and all you took was your toiletries and a pair of PJ’s, an outfit to come home for you and your baby, I never took snacks, I never took any underwear other than panty liners back then and my Baby Daddy wasn’t allowed to stay at the hospital, he was there for my labor and delivery and stayed all day but then he went home and came back the next day after he finished work, how things have changed over the years.. and women have been giving birth for centuries Lol 😂.. I love listening to your accent, I’m always amazed by how many different accents people have living in the same Country of America Lol, a different accent for a different State..Best Wishes for your second child and Hoping Everything Goes Well For Both You And Baby Boy..💙💙🩷🩷

No one is allowed to snack in labor but I would assume if her sugar is low she can have juice

She said she doesn't know how long she'll be in hospital for 🙄 . She said that she packs for the best case scenario, which is 48hrs. Worse case scenario, Hunter goes back home and gets more stuff for her.

@@-nellie-m3711as someone who tried to pack minimal and ended up staying for 4 days and had to go get more i get packed the next baby to prepare for that again. Why not let her pack whatever she wants ? You can pack what you want for your baby. The comments aren’t necessary
@@Hannahfarrior Of Course she can pack whatever she wants, I was just saying how things have changed since I had my last child, things were way different back then, my comment was more directed to the original comment than anything else and I Do Enjoy Watching This Couple, I’ve said that on numerous occasions, I could listen to her talking all day, I love her accent, I don’t live in the USA and I guess you do things differently over there also…I was in hospital for a week with both my children, one was born in 1979 and the other in 1989, Yes, there’s 10 years between my two grown men now…💙💙

Lol I don't understand why in the world people just not use a regular bag they have around the house. These women just buy everything and spend all this money on stuff they don't even need and won't end up using. I remember packing my hospital bag and half of the stuff i packed had no use. All I hear from her is "look how cute this is and that " lol girl is packing for a vacation. Why do hospital things have to be cute.
Idk about you but I’m going through the most primal experiences of my life and I just wanna feel cute while in and after labor.
I feel like every women should be able to feel excited about doing these things you might not want to but this is her life and she’s the one having the baby!! It makes the whole experience fun but you don’t really need to put your negative opinion out there 🙂
@@chloehead577 they put their videos out there so then, yes, I am entitled to an opinion :) Also the thing about mommy bloggers is that they make other women feel like they need to have the same things to have an exciting birth. Just a reminder that the exciting part about having a baby is having the child. In my opinion Devin is very materialistic.
I personally will be buying a lot of new stuff when I give birth because it’s so dirty at the hospital so I don’t want that in my house 😂
