Great video! I just wanted to quickly remind folks that transcendence isn't escapism or feeling a certain way. Allowing fear and sensations to be apart of your experiences just as they are without trying to "transcend" or feel a certain way is the way of transcendence. Bringing a sense of lightness and curiosity also helps this process of acceptance.
