    I read at least 8 or 9 reviews covering this tour and every single one was glowing. I think of the so-called fans on RUclips saying she should retire she couldn't do it anymore, she was lazy didn't know the songs etc etc. Well I never doubted her for a minute cause I know what a superior performer she is. Finale analysis:: she cracked the naysayers face...with a sold out fabulous tour...and we're talking arenas baby...as she has done many time before Miss Ross got the last laugh.

    We were fortunate to be in the Radio City audience for the concert by the greatest live performer of our lifetime. Even at 78, Ms. Ross was magnificent, giving the cheering sold out audience an almost two-hour show. Long may she reign Supreme!

      Kenneth, curious what you paid for a ticket, and where you sat. Close or far back. Just overly curious. I would think you paid a minimum $250 per ticket 🤔

    • @kennethhamlett10h
      @kennethhamlett10h Год назад +1

      @@bradcrawford1998 The tickets were in the second tier at Radio City, second row on an aisle. I believe the tickets were $135/ticket, but Ticketmaster adds $25/ticket for emailing you the tickets. a $50 rip-off that will hopefully soon be stopped. They handle all ticketing for RCMH. I spent a lot of time going through the seats & found that there were amazing & inexplicable variations. For example, the tickets across a very narrow aisle were $50 higher than ours. We were not in the center, but also not on the side. All the tier seats are the same distance from the stage, but seats two sections over were double the cost. They were no closer & did not have a better view. My friend from Europe & I were seeing multiple shows & concerts, so we shopped for a good price & we were pleased with the seats, the view & especially the concert. Ms. Ross commands the stage & works all parts of it, narrowing distances. We also had binoculars & phone enlargements, so we missed nothing. We had an especially good view of her entrance through the audience. The RCMH has an enormous orchestra & tickets were higher, but only the first 3 or 4 rows were super-high $1000 priced. I looked at pricing for Alicia Keyes who was appearing just after Diana Ross & almost the entire orchestra was in the $1000 category. How do all these people have so much money? Shop a bit -- it pays off. She is the best live performer I've ever seen. In addition, unlike many singers who are higher on the Best Female Vocalist lists than her, though their best performances were studio magic & they cannot produce the sound in concert, at 78, she still sounded like Diana Ross -- as good as the recordings. Enjoy!

      I can understand that she needs vocal support at her age, and after 2 years off. Be that backing singers, and/or playback. I suspect it's a muscle memory thing. She has definitely lost range & power. Which is inevitable, for (almost) all singers as they get older. Most casual fans probably don't notice or care. They just wanna hear the hits, and enjoy the nostalgia.
      For me though.... I'm done with paying for tickets. I saw her 4 incredible times. She was flawless! 🎶👌 I'm also bored of the setlist, as you eluded to. If I hear 'I Will Survive' one more f*cking time!!! 😠🤣
