Thanks for the video mate, I've been trying to do this for a while as I've been gubbed and stake restricted on basically every online bookie, but I struggle to find actual value e/w bets like that, do you know if there are any forums or FB groups that track when there's races with potential for each way bets like this?
You can be sure FB/Forums exist - but I never looked because I'm not in need. Google is your friend! What I can tell you is lots of advantage bettors (horse racing) use bookiebashing. One connection is doing 20-25 GBP per month (with 3rd party accounts) by using that same tool, and all he bets is UK/Irish horse racing. You could check them out and watch their video: www.bookiebashing.net/how-it-works/horse-racing-tracker/ TBH - It takes me 10-15 mins to click through the races and take note of which races might offer an advantage. While situations can change, the process is straightforward. Good luck
It's not clear here what the system is. Is it a value bet? At £400 stakes? I get that you have value from the EW market, but not why you have bet such a large stake. Is it a tip based bet? We aren't laying anywhere which makes me think value bet....
I think it's crystal clear! - The value is the place part of the bet being significantly higher than true odds (Betfair etc). I wouldn't judge stakes - some are betting £1, while others are betting £100,000 (on football - wouldn't get it down on racing). Everyone should play to their pocket, experience, success and so on! No need to lay when you have value - because its giving value back.
To consistently win on the horses is a boring grind.... most people don't have a plan and have a punt for pleasure with the possibility of actually winning some cash. In the long run these people always lose. After many years of punting I can tell you certain things... 1. Stay out of betting shops.... open 4 online accounts... one being Bet 365 , another being Betfair Exchange and any 2 others (avoid Betfred) 2. Target big field handicaps (16 or more runners) .. consult racing post ' Spotlight' and don't back anything less than 12/1.... back your selections in e/w Lucky 15s. 3. Pay particular attention to odds on favs in small fields.... either lay them to lose on the Exchange or back overpriced outsiders e/w at inflated odds. Last week I backed a 100/1 second placer that was up against a 1/4 er. 3. Favs in 3 mile ( or longer) handicap chases have a very low win rate. There are certain conditions but I can't put them on here.... have a look and see if you can spot the pattern. 4. Be disciplined .... Good luck !!
What you say can be interpreted 2-ways: 1. It won't win (6/1 Exchanges with 100% book = 1 will win in 7) 2. You are losing juice on the win odds (true - but not in proportion to the place odds) True Place odds (100% Exchange book) 4/9 = 69.4% Place odds received (book) - Evens (50%) True odds win 6/1 = 14.29% Odds received 5/1 = 16.67% Giving back a point - 6/1 (Exchanges) instead of having to take 5/1 - but getting ''evens'' a place on a 4/9 (exchange) odds is getting a major advantage! I could do the maths to the end - but even a blind person should be able to see the ''theft'' part!
@@wizardracing2810 - In the UK/Ireland - bookies offer fixed odds. Place terms are generally 1/5th the odds - 3 places for 8+ runners. As mentioned in the opening comment: 5/1 = 1/1 place (evens). The true odds on that horse being placed on the betting exchanges (100% book - no bookmaker juice) was 4/9 (1.44) By betting with the bookmaker (who offers 1/5th the odds) - you are getting ''evens'' for what should be 4/9 - but with one catch, you have to bet it in conjunction with the win! While you lose a bit of juice on the win part (higher odds 6/1 on the exchange) - it's more than compensated in the place term. Bookmakers call the ''bad Each Way'' bets

These are not the true odds because you are generally losing the win part of the bet

@@BettingAnalyst I have no clue what you are trying to do
@@wizardracing2810 You probably wouldn't if you are in South Africa!!
So try explaining to me
