Hi sweetheart, I read this love letter yesterday. I am preparing a letter for you now, but I am so weak and tired from the fast I am on, that I might not finish tonight. Know that my silence is not a reflection of my love for you and if I do get upset about something, It's true, I do go silent when I am processing an upset, but I my love does not go away ever, but I will try to figure out a solution and that might take a minute. I want to apologize for not writing to you yesterday. It felt like it really could be you speaking to me, and I was really listening to understand you, and our past, and even get a feel for what you feel about me in present time or what you were feeling in the past that made you leave me. For some reason, I could not detach you from it. (I normally can, and I don’t even watch some videos fully, when I feel strongly enough that it is not you as the source)

I feel so much pain because I attributed these feelings to you, and words to you then and now, that you may not even have had, or the source of this video might be some kid in another country talking about his girlfriend. The issues in this video are not issues we can or should resolve without direct communication. The pain of not knowing, or being able to get clarity, on these issues, is not something I want to keep experiencing, because it jeopardizes our relationship, it doesn’t strengthen it and any pain I felt due to words said by you that cannot be clarified or explained, or discussed, would remain another open wound.
I want to suggest that we connect by what's app, so I can type my responses, at the very least, or talk on the phone, in addition to the videos. Didn't resonate completely for me. The part where the DM did come back after fights is indeed true, but I felt the efforts to patch up were mutual.
I don't remember replying and saying how perfect we were for each other after our fights. Since I could see the perfection and imperfection both in who I used to think was my only love.
But I always used to think us when fighting as imperfect, because both of us didn't know how to manage our emotions better or understand each other's needs better.
Once I broke off finally, I never emailed him to get back to him. Infact I may have blocked him for a while, but it's been decades so I don't remember clearly.
I did miss him a lot and only maybe years later I did send him a message about my own parts in not appreciating him more. But even then I never felt there was anything perfect between us when communicating to each other ( except how deeply connected I had felt always).
Even now, if indeed this person is my DM, I can see how much he's grown and how much I still love him, but I still don't know if anyone's really perfect for each other.
