@@DOMINICAAVIATION thanks! i’m not very active on this channel, but i’m taking a vacation soon and i will have more content coming up. apologies for any inconveniences with my upload schedule.
Very nice footage. By the way, Envoy is literally the American Eagle wholly owned by American Airlines. It's a DBA situation. American restructured Eagle shortly before the USAir merger and it's when they changed from the "Eagle Flight" callsign to "Envoy". They aren't a 3rd party operator like Republic (Brickyard). Confusing, I know. Looking forward to seeing the new terminal in action there. Air Tran started a market tidal wave at EYW in the late 2000s when they brought mainline service there for the first time since the 80s when EAL flew 727s into EYW. Its been a boon for the airlines ever since. Looks like AAL is slowly "colonizing" EYW too.
really nice video. I plan to use this airport for summer or new year getaway events. but i'm more excited for the new and improved terminal to open so i can experience it in person.
thank you! i would love to see the new terminal in the future, but i’m glad i got to see the old terminal before it gets replaced. i’m actually not based at keyw, my main is kord but i havent gotten around to filming any footage there so far
Howdy there. Im from and currently live in Key West and ive just gotta ask. Where was the spot you were recording? Trying to get some good plane spotting in. Thanks
@@KWRaysman hey! thanks for tuning in. this was filmed at the Hyatt right next to the airport, so it’s unlikely you can get this view. if you still want some good photos anyway, there should be some good spots at Dennis St. for RWY 09 arrivals, and you can pull over at a few places on Roosevelt Blvd. south of the US Route 1 intersection for RWY 27 arrivals.
Superb footage! Subscribed!
