Though two mentioned phones are not in comparison yet I would say, P9 has a better camera at low light. Thank you for the P10 review. You add up the excitement to get P10 for myself. Sadly this phone is only available in a few countries. This phone is the perfect phone, it has speed, durability, awesome camera but it isn't available You should compare it with Samsung Galaxy S8 or Google Pixel because you have the best comparison. Almost all reviewers I have seen are always biased towards a particular brand. Some of them even showed that S7's camera was better than Google Pixel or iPhone 7's camera which is entirely false because I have compared both of them myself and S7 was buried into the ground by both. You weren't a bit biased, you gave us the best points of both phones. Also I'd really love to see the camera comparisons b/w Xperia XZs, S7, Pixel, Huawei P10 and iPhone 7.
Vikas Sharma samsung uses different camera sensors in their s7's phones and processors. you don't know how to use the phone's camera if you really think that the pixel and iPhone are better than the samsung galaxy s7 in a camera comparison.
Vikas Sharma all Huawei does is ripped off other oem's and phone manufacturers. the only thing Huawei has it going for them is their processor cause it's well optimized.
Yeah but still the differences are miniscule... I think it's a waste of time to pay attention to them. A review of a completely different smartphone would be a way better choice ;)

I liked ur video. You're not only a beautiful face. U showed all the pros and cons in regards to the camera...giving examples of what you were going to talk. To be honest I would never spend that much in a smartphone. But we can't judge people for what they buy. I bought a leeco le max 2 for 250 bucks and I'm really happy with that. I have P10 and 100% you are correct. If you will use AUTO mode, it is better to go S8 for example but if you like creativity and playing with photos especially wide aperture mode and light painting mode, you will really enjoy huawei cameras not only P10 but you will like all huawei dual lens phones

On FHD camera setting you have the ability to turn on OIS (on UHD not unfortunately) if it is turned on the panning is really smooth. I am really impressed with this camera, both the rear and back. Sometimes the rear is a bit noisy in low light situations. The phone itself is also really good. I recommend it. :D
the huawei p10 was the clear winner in pictures. the colors were just amazing. but i felt the video quality to be not as good when you were panning both phones and walking on the track. maybe some video settings on the p10 need to be adjusted. edit: the front camera was pretty good. do you find yourself Switching to the p10 in the near future? 😜

Like I've said before, tech reviewers ought to have a more professional mindset when there are specifications on the table, and by going in depth too. To be honest, you can just make a Mate 9 camera review beforehand and just give rough examples to prove that they are similar in both ways for the most parts.
Laser autofocus is only very useful for anything less than 2-3m. The laser diode is very weak and has very low range. Anything beyond 2-3m is done by either contrast detection or phase detection autofocus

I appreciated the P10 camera revuew. But did you notice the grain. This was already highlighted as a problem in P9 and P9 . Then I had a chance to check out a p10 shot and it had so much grain even at default size. The default ISO was 500. so I tried 100 and the grain was still there. Or is it that the display just shows the grain? I am not sure what would come out if jpg is shown on a HD TV or display.

P10 would like next step because for me is important a little phone 5.1-5.2 max , more speed ,elegance ,top processor in this little phone (kirin 960) , 4gb ram,front sensor . 6:35 you CAN turn off the electronic stabilization and it will get much much better.

There is SOME grain, but it's not really noticable at normal light. it just wants to push for as much detail as possible :)
