Hey Sav! You should have your bf go into your attic and look at the insulation. If it has little or no insulation up there I highly encourage you to mention it to your landlord because putting some spray foam up there will help tremendously with the electric bill. Great job as always!

A way to save money on power is set your thermostat to one temp and leave it. Changing it up or down cost money. Unplug things that pull power even if they’re not being used. Try washing and drying later in the day. Change all your lightbulbs to energy saving new ones. It will help you a lot. ❤

Be careful when you go out drinking after so long! I made that mistake a couple months ago and ended up getting so drunk I don’t remember much😭it wasn’t on purpose at all!! I used to be able to hold my liquor/alcohol well but then I got with my ex and he didn’t really like that so during the years I was with him I hadn’t drank until a couple months ago(broke up with him last year) for a friends bday oh boy oh boy let’s just say I have to build my tolerance again. So just be cautious of your new limits after not drinking for so long. Love your videos keep up the good work! And don’t feel guilty about treating yourself you deserve it ❤️
You paid off your Hospital Bill in record time! I think you deserve to stuff Out With Friends a bit extra! Also, the new trackers are super cute! I saw the video where you changed them out, but still seeing them actually in use highlights the cuteness!
Speaking of cuteness- Loved the video clip of Lennox playing with Stella. At one point, I thought Lennox had gotten bored and gone off to do something else... But he was just getting Stella's toy to play some more!

Not sure if it the same for you in the US, but if we limit consumption of hydro use in the daytime our rates are lower. For example, we don’t do the washing during the day, it is cheaper after 7pm to run the washer and dryer. Also making sure the windows are sealed properly can help. There are foam strips you can buy that aren’t permanent to use around windows.

Try and not use appliances during peak hours. In my area peak hours are 5pm-8pm. I also use draft blockers on my front door, back door, and I have black out curtains. Also anything plugged in but is not turned on is still sucking power. It's called phantom power. If you also use gas, turning down your water heater makes a huge difference. My ac is set to 74.
I budget $200/month and I keep it my savings to earn some interest. It was so helpful this summer! I still have some extra in there.

Our electric bill in southwest Arkansas in the summer gets as high as $500+. In the winter it gets as low as $200 or $$180. It’s not a gradual increase in the summer, it’s drastic. It sucks.
Check to see if Maddison has an hsa or “Benny” card. It’s tax free that would come out of his check and a card you use on medical, dental, vision. Hubby does 50 a pay check and it adds up nicely and pays visits like those . ❤
Yes he does have an hsa! But we want to build it up in case we get any really big bills 😓
Hey do you change your house filter ? If you don't that might affect your electric bill and if you do you might want to have your HVAC unit checked. If it's going bad it could run your electric high.
