My week has been awful too. I lost my pup Reece. She made it to 14 yrs old, so I did a really good job looking after her. It's still a very difficult thing to go through.

Don't apologize for having a bad day, week or year. I think your year has been pretty traumatic & you deserve some grace. You don't have to share if you don't feel like it. It’s ok if you’re having a bad week. I’ve been having a rough couple of weeks. I just try to exercise and stretch while I ride the wave of adulting. It happens but I’m so happy you still managed to move towards your goal.
