Hi Elena, I LOVE your videos, and thank you for uploading this one. What's the difference between believing you can't do something and simply NOT doing something when you suggest we can't do it ? When I listen to videos for suggestibility I'm very conscious that I'm pretending, but I don't know if that's the right thing to do.
