Would you recommend flipping a property at this time? I'm looking to buy to flip but a bit concerned about all the instability - I don't want to BTL
I am interested to buy property in luton in the range of 200000 pounds preferably property requiring refurbishment with view to purchase at low price at initial stage for my son who is employee of a renowned company in london . Any good advice and idea to go a head.
I think giving a project to one builder is a good idea.
That's mostly how we work.

just finished a flip and trying to sell, but its not selling, not good for selling but perfect for buying at moment, just bought another house for a great price.

@@tonyc1167 What went wrong? I would have thought once you did the refurb, the property should sell quite quickly.
Also what do you mean interest rates are too high? Are you referring to the idea that the cost of borrowing is too much/risky for people to take out loans and buy property, so they aren’t buying your property?
Or is it more so a case of you picking the wrong deal and not doing your due diligence?
