Hello, this time we will repair the YANMAR mini backhoe Vio30-6 type. The hydraulic hose is torn, and when the engine is started, the hydraulic oil blows out.

The piston plays a role in separating the hydraulic pressure during extension and contraction, because the double-acting hydraulic cylinder changes the direction in which the hydraulic pressure is applied.

In this machine, only the boom cylinder is equipped with a cushion, which acts as a resistance to the flow of hydraulic oil in the final stage when the boom cylinder is extended, and reduces the impact. Without this cushion, the impact of the boom cylinder would bend backwards.

The rod cover consists of multiple seals that prevent hydraulic pressure inside the cylinder from leaking to the outside, dust seals that prevent foreign matter from entering the cylinder, and bushings that center the rod.

シリンダーのブッシュの抜き方いろいろあるんだなぁ
いつもドライバーでワレメの近くを叩いて抜いていました。
最近のヤンマーは開くカバーが多くて鉄が薄く直すのが面倒です。
今回の作業は、初作業という事もあり結構てこずりました(-_-;)
ブッシュのくだりでは焼きをいれたく無かったので、いろいろ試行錯誤して1時間はもがいてます（笑）
動画がなんらかの形で役立って頂ければ幸いです👍

６型でクイックヒッチ初めて見たわ。
３型で石が挟まってクイックヒッチのシリンダーのホース切れたのに何台か遭遇した。
確か口金が1/8のサイズだったかで純正頼んだ。
６型のブームシリンダー分解したことないけど大型重機と同じでUパッキンの手前にステップシール入ってるんだ。
ブッシュの抜け止めでリング入ってるし。
溶接修理も素晴らしい！

クイックヒッチの油圧ホースは、カバーの収まりを考えたら純正が一番しっくりきますね👍
これからもいろいろ機械修理していくので、アドバイスあればよろしくお願いします
10万円で工具」でカキコミをした者です。主の得意分野が分かってきましたTIGより「LB」の溶接の方が重要のようですね。てっきり薄物かと思ったもので。プラズマ切断の方が必要のようですね。これからの活躍期待しています。
