    I am an old style cook, never cook with just water always use Stock it makes it more hardy and delish. just a tip

      There are soluble nutrients in meat that gets lost if you wash meat

    Beef stew. Beef, onions, carrots, potatoes, stock cubes, and of course water. Cook it, when it's nearly ready, and a little bit of corn flour to thicken. Simples.

    Some people don't wash their meat because a lot of countries have regulations that ensure the meat is already properly cleaned and washed before packaging and washing it after just removes the little extra protein that is the myoglobin. And usually cooking the meat to the correct temp will remove any other impurities or bacteria that can cause harm.
    I think it's just a matter of preference

    I personally don't wash meat because the heat will kill all germs ..no difference ....your recipe is amazing 😋

      Wash your meat to get rid of any wood or sand particles that may be from the slaughterhouse

      I usually boil mine with a little salt and few slices of ginger till soft and tender, then use the beef broth in the stew instead of discarding it.

    End result looked great but plain water? no way. Beef, Vegetable or Chicken stock is the way to go

      Slow cook, low heat. It also depends on what part of beef you purchased

    the reason why alot people dont was hmeat is cause usaly its sayd that if u wash meat bacteria living on the surface can be washed into the meat and can cause food poisoning
