Beef stew. Beef, onions, carrots, potatoes, stock cubes, and of course water. Cook it, when it's nearly ready, and a little bit of corn flour to thicken. Simples.
Some people don't wash their meat because a lot of countries have regulations that ensure the meat is already properly cleaned and washed before packaging and washing it after just removes the little extra protein that is the myoglobin. And usually cooking the meat to the correct temp will remove any other impurities or bacteria that can cause harm. I think it's just a matter of preference

the reason why alot people dont was hmeat is cause usaly its sayd that if u wash meat bacteria living on the surface can be washed into the meat and can cause food poisoning

Wash your meat to get rid of any wood or sand particles that may be from the slaughterhouse
@@Victoria-ki1fkas well as the smell
Thanks for the tips. I was wondering if carrots cook at the same rate as potatoes. Also, you did not add salt.
This helped me prepare food for my guest. Thanks

When cook beef this way, does it come out tender?
I'm having the same problem. Mine comes out chewy
I wanna know too
I usually boil mine with a little salt and few slices of ginger till soft and tender, then use the beef broth in the stew instead of discarding it.
Can I also use this method while cooking meat for camel?
I love it
This is easy thanks
I think there is something missing...ginger...is it not important while cooking beef stew?
She missed many why put water without garlic also no ginger!!!
Thanks...intend of water I've added two glasses of red wine and a bit of water. Asante sana
Does it make it more delicious
Spices names plis. Just heard of oregano 😅
You are my favorite local RUclipsr ...who do you watch yourself?

End result looked great but plain water? no way. Beef, Vegetable or Chicken stock is the way to go
This is Kenyan recipe, we don’t used any stock just water and it’s still yummy
@@StressFreeSpirit yes thufu manenos
The lady is not just using plain water; she is using 3 large tomatoes as well as adding tomato paste and spices.

How do i ensure the meat is tender? Mine always comes out as chewy
Same problem
Slow cook, low heat. It also depends on what part of beef you purchased
@@hisgracesuffient6046 which part is best? To avoid the hard chewy texture?
Don't add salt while boiling
Use some lemon juice or vinegar or some wine
Not my mom saying unaosha utamu😂😂😂
