It's not super clear in the show, but they actually went live on IG with the show's account on that phone for the whole elimination game and handed the phone to Ana to broadcast to a few hundred people on IG Live. It kinda looks like they just handed her a prop phone as a bit, but they did it for real which is kind of wild.
