Why my stats can't increase? The combat stats is unmaxed so i am can't limit break, but while i training with kisuke and doing quest my stats can't increase

The main problem with the prog is that theres way too many ways to increase stats and only like 1 or 2 ways to increase level. Which honestly as long as you dont suck buttcheeks at the game is fine but it does get boring after doing the same kill a menos quest for the 100th time trying to be lvled enough for bankai/volt/segunda fight...
Just dont do quests?? Go to menos forest and kill stuff in the cave

For me it says MAJOR PROGRESSION REQUIRED O WHAT DOES IT MEAN AND HOW CAN I LIMIT BREAK AGAIN?
To limit break again you have to continue raising your strength, agility, and reiatsu. As for the major progression message, it means you have to get your shikai, Res, or shrift
