The sin-sacrifice-resurrection story implies a superstitious God who values blood sacrifice, which was a common practice (e.g. sacrificing a goat for a new home) 2000 yrs ago. Don’t you see how the early superstitious folks who valued blood sacrifice created the God of The Bible in their own image?

You and I both follow laws of logic that exist outside of ourselves and find their origin outside of us. Where did those come from? We have knowledge. How could we have knowledge of anything at all without it being a revelation from the One who knows all things. You look around and you see things that have being (trees, grass, you) how do things come into being? Do they just pop into existence out of nowhere? That is scientifically impossible and a philosophical and logical fallacy. You know there is a God who is all powerful and all knowing and who’s existence is found in Himself alone. I once was like you. I lived 22 years of my life hating God and building an argument against Him so I could live in my sin. It is logically and philosophically impossible that God does not exist. He send His Son Jesus Christ who proves His deity by rising from the dead. Your arguments against God are arbitrary and sadly illogical. Wake up to the love of God in Christ! nope. But the more I read, layers and layers of how He created US in His image, and pursued us by love, become incredibly visible.
