1 tablespoon chicken stock (if you don't have chicken stock, add 1 tablespoon of seafood)
800ml water
●Clean the onion, cut the zucchini into half-moon shapes, cut the green onion into thin slices, diced shiitake mushrooms, and cut the soft tofu in half.
●Open the lid of canned ham, take out the ham, and drain it from the plastic bag.
●In the wok, without oil, add the ham, which has been simmered over low heat, and stir-fry it. Add chopped green onion, onion and red pepper powder and fry it
●Add 800ml, turn to high heat and bring to a boil, then add sliced zucchini and shiitake mushrooms
●Prepared seasoning: Add cheongyang pepper, soft tofu, and remaining green onion
