The Scholar is a fantastic knife, I haven't carried it yet but to be honest it was probably going to be my choice to take to work tonight...only because I never carry it and it needs it's fair time in the pocket...

I love the Scholar, super unique piece. I've got the Ironwood version. The only thing I will caution folks of is that it can definitely bite you if you're not careful disengaging the lock. It'll swing down and the heel of the sharpened blade will hit top of my thumb behind the nail.

The Begg Astio is the best! The Bodega is dope though. Don’t forget they also hit 62HRC on that D2.

Heading out to Rivers Edge Cutlery Thu (about 6 hr drive) to drop off a knife they're gonna do some custom work on. I told the wife it would be hilarious if we walked in and you were there. She just looked at me. 😂😂😂
BTW, that Bodega is 🔥. And I'd be all over that Scholar but I can't stand front flippers. I really want a Victor from them.
