It could also be that she doesn't have texture. Besides her forehead that seems to have a few blemishes, her skin looks pretty smooth. Also it doesn't look like she's using a filter on her video

Sabrina Todd not weird at all. It's just an article of clothing and it can be hard finding good bras, I've never met another women who'd be uptight about sharing a supportive bra recommendation. If you're very endowed, Elomi makes some lovely plunge bras that are still supportive.
