Is jury nullification a thing in uk as I've heard of it but I'm not sure

im studying with the OU and I have learned that its 18 - 69 years old to qualify?

To become a juror, do they have to have been in the UK for 5 years beyond the age of 13? So they cannot count years spent in the UK from under 13, leave, then come back to the UK years later in their life to qualify?
