Pentru a face orhideele Phalaenopsis să înflorească, pe lângă fertilizare, poți să acorzi atenție următoarelor aspecte:
Lumină: Asigură-te că orhideele primesc suficientă lumină, dar evită razele directe ale soarelui în timpul amiezii. Phalaenopsis preferă lumina indirectă, în jur de 10.000-15.000 lux.
Temperatură: Planta are nevoie de o diferență de temperatură între zi și noapte pentru a stimula înflorirea. Temperaturile ideale sunt de aproximativ 25-30°C în timpul zilei și 18-20°C noaptea.
Umiditate: Menține nivelul de umiditate între 50-70%. Poți stropi frunzele cu apă sau folosi un umidificator pentru a menține umiditatea necesară.
Udare: Udă regulat, dar evită inundarea. Verifică umiditatea substratului înainte de a uda. De obicei, udarea o dată pe săptămână este adecvată.
Replantare și substrat: Asigură-te că substratul de cultivare este bine aerat. Poți folosi scoarță de pin, cărbune sau mușchi sphagnum. Replantează la fiecare 1-2 ani pentru a oferi condiții mai bune de creștere plantei.
Perioadă de odihnă: Permite plantei să aibă o perioadă de odihnă, reducând fertilizarea și udarea timp de o anumită perioadă (de obicei, aproximativ 1-2 luni) înainte ca planta să înceapă să înflorească din nou.
