      @@susandorothy9883 Just say "I haven't passed yet." Don't
      take it as a failure but see it as a learning opportunity. There is a lot of power in "Yet"; you are telling yourself that you will get there and that your eyes and heart are still fixed on your goal.

    What kind of offer is this: “I’ll pay you $25 to mow my lawn by next Tuesday”?

    • @mobolaj1anna
      @mobolaj1anna 4 года назад +1

      looks like an offer for a unilateral contract where performance is acceptance. its a promise for a performance, the beginning of which makes the offer irrevocable.

    • @kimeon03
      @kimeon03 4 года назад +2

      Omgee! I said the same thing. No my professors say it’s a bilateral contract because all that is required is an okay in response.
      I was told that most contracts, for bar and in real life, are bilateral contracts and should assume that, unless it’s very clear it’s unilateral contract. 🤷🏽‍♀️
      I give up on stuff like this. A question like this, I am getting it wrong on bar exam day.

    • @mobolaj1anna
      @mobolaj1anna 4 года назад +2

      @@kimeon03 well shoot then so am I 🤦🏾‍♀️. I guess that's right because a unilateral contract can only be accepted by performance. Hmmm maybe it's the wording of the offer that makes the difference.

      Lol! I have no clue.

      @Peter, I only see an offer. But, I feel like I’m wrong because there are no terms, such as quantity or price. So, it’s probably not an offer either. It’s probably an inquiry. 🤔
