Thanks for your review. As a former pizza maker, I have to say, we had a traditional pizza oven (non conveyor style), and we turned the pizzas for an even bake. So anyone complaining about that doesn't know pizza making.

Some have tried it but does not work as well as direct on a flame.
Don't buy this oven. It's an exact clone of the Bakerstone design. It's extremely fragile. If it even arrives unbroken (many don't) it will soon break from normal use and being moved on/off the grill. Further, there is zero support from Cuisinart or Bakerstone for replacement plates when they break. Calls go unanswered, website always says "sold out" for parts, for years.
