C.O.C. is a great rock band!! See them a few times as a opener!! Pepper was once homeless and living in cars in early 90s. This song has a great intro and riffs!! I had them on cassette!!
COC, baby. Damn, dude, this brings back the greatest memories. Watching COC play all the time with Clutch or Black Label Society in Raleigh or Charlotte or Myrtle Beach
YO I see you love the right baseball team bruh! 2023 was a fluke year... ought to be us against those Dbacks.... anyway, yeah I was late to the party to realize just how awesome this band is.... especially this one!
I picked up this tape from a music store in Bayonne, NJ...when they had them...I didn't know what to expect from the cover...I was just buying a bunch of music with some extra money...I popped in the tape and found two songs that I never tire listening to...this is one of them....Albatross is the other...

Memories of the 90s flooding back!! Fml give anything to go back to the old days…. Society is beyond Fucked up these days. I miss the 80s+90s. What a great time to grow up
Hell Yeah! They killed it, sounded as good if not better than the first time I saw them in 95. EYEHATEGOD opened for them and said "We're almost done, so you can see the bands you came here for." LOL, they sucked and knew it! Black Label kicked ass! Zakk Wylde was soloing out literally right in front of me in the crowd for about 10 minutes straight then walked upstairs still going at it. That guy has endless material. Awesome show after the opener.
COC is by far the most underrated bad ass musicians. Pepper is not a nice guy BTW, but I still love his intelligence and music. I saw them in Orange Park , Fl. in 1998 for 'Wiseblood' (which BTW is pure musical genius) at a venue there. Pepper was pissed off and so was I. It was me and my two other show watchers there. That was it. There was more people on staff at this venue than patrons or band members. I was a drunken idiot at that time, no longer. I stood 3 feet from every member of the band and Woody was the coolest. I completely understand Pepper's attitude that night. These guys are pure talent.

Lyrics
I see the world through bloodshot eyes
Streets filled with blood from distant lies.
The dogs of war never compromise,
No real time for rearranging.
"Help me Jesus, help me clean my wounds"
He said he cannot heal that kind.
Bleeding soul becomes a bitter mind.
He said it happens every time (Knock it down)
And that's how the story goes (Knock it down)
In the land of a thousand no's (Knock it down)
I'm all over you in time my mind is changing.
Knock it down
Black on black gives me a heart attack
And the silence makes it deadly.
Some choose to kill with simple will.
I've seen them fall fast and steady.
Twist of fate won't give me a break
And myself, I'm slow and tired.
I've got to rise with these bloodshot eyes
But I keep falling when I'm higher.
"Help me Jesus, help me clean my wounds"
He said he cannot heal that kind.
Bleeding soul becomes a bitter mind.

Still remember rocking to this album in my 89 red mustang. I was on fire 🔥
I wish I was on fire🔥😥
20 years later, still a great song!
Best intro of the 90s!! Hard rock at its finest!! 25yrs old
It's not hard tho.
It gets better with age too
@@googlewantstoknowyourlocat1115 you'll grow into it, and learn to appreciate it, my child.
C.O.C. is a great rock band!! See them a few times as a opener!! Pepper was once homeless and living in cars in early 90s. This song has a great intro and riffs!! I had them on cassette!!
Love this song! Underrated band.
one killer ass riff and dueling lead gutairs sounds soo good :)
@marky more harmonized than dueling, but yeah still great stuff
COC, baby. Damn, dude, this brings back the greatest memories. Watching COC play all the time with Clutch or Black Label Society in Raleigh or Charlotte or Myrtle Beach
I can hear the Lizzy oozing outta this one and I love it
After all these years of hearing them…now I LISTEN to them and realize how bad ass they are. Awesome.
They rip but fuck the Astros
They were an even better punk band before they changed their sound
YO I see you love the right baseball team bruh! 2023 was a fluke year... ought to be us against those Dbacks.... anyway, yeah I was late to the party to realize just how awesome this band is.... especially this one!
I picked up this tape from a music store in Bayonne, NJ...when they had them...I didn't know what to expect from the cover...I was just buying a bunch of music with some extra money...I popped in the tape and found two songs that I never tire listening to...this is one of them....Albatross is the other...
COC is one of my favorites. Great aggressive rock.!!!!
Saw these guys open for Lamb of God this past week, they were pretty damn good!
with a different singer?
+Mr. Hugegoob nope same singer still up and running
but the last album i heard sounded nothing like this corrosion
Me 2 few months back in Oakland Pepper was lead singer vocals,Im a Lamb of God fan ,and when I left love C.O.C
+AngelofDeath3000 you suck even a bigger one Bitch!
Saw the last few years In Portland , Maine!! Awesome always never disappointed!! 🤘🏻
When I first herd this song it was in the radio on metal night and I missed the name and my whole life I've had this song stuck in my head until I finally found it 😭😭 it's just as amazing now as it was then it still holds up makes even more sense now with everything being so biblical anymore
Reed! Gone but not forgotten!
Now he's walking by with Jesus maybe teaching him how to play the drums ,flying with the archangels and jamming with the great musicians that has passed. Rip Reed mullin
Thank you, Ozzy's Boneyard, for playing this. Adding it to my collection!
One of the first songs I ever learned to play, just 12 y/o playing on a pos guitar I picked up at a pawnshop. Song still kicks ass
An Eye For An Eye and Blind are my favorite Corrosion albums, I've been a fan since they where a hardcore punk band
No Cross No Crown 2019 is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🤘🏿🖤🤘🏼💥💥💥💥💥
Eye For An Eye and Animosity are my favorites!
Memories of the 90s flooding back!! Fml give anything to go back to the old days…. Society is beyond Fucked up these days. I miss the 80s+90s. What a great time to grow up
I saw them open last night for Black Label Society, and they still sound good after all these years.
Kris Williams ill NEVER stop getting goosebumps.
Awesome show after the opener.
so did i. it was awesome!!
TheyrrGrreat!
@ They formed in 1982 and I started listening to them in 84. I think you math may be off a little considering I am 51 and was a kid when I found them.
Still love this riff after all these yrs
Got to see them open for Testament open for Iron Maiden in '91. Still probably my best show ever...
One of my favorite bands ever. Timeless sound. Wish I could have seen them live.
They are still out there, just saw them with black label a couple years ago.
THE most underrated band ever
Great guitar riffs!
hey beavis, this song kicks ass.
Bad song! Never forget the 1st time I heard it I was lookin in the mirror getting ready for the day in 94 i do believe. I couldn't get it outta my head! .Some things never change! ❤😉✌🤯⚘Rocks Me....😍❣
Obrigado Senhor por me fazer gostar tanto de música boa!!!!!!🙌
Twist of fate won't give me a break.
Yeah, me neither man.
Same here.
Jeff and Matt Hardy approve. Twist of Fate gives no one a break.
