    My heavy-weight, high-volume back workout will test your tenacity. Tap into your resolve, because if you take this workout too lightly, you'll be puking in a wastebasket before you finish the first exercise.
    The best backs are built with intense methods. My unique approach-heavy weight for high reps-is nothing if not intense. To kick things off, we'll bang out 100 reps on the T-bar row, as heavy as possible, in as few sets as possible. I slap six plates on the bar and crush it. I then complete a pair of back-focused supersets before finishing with a static-hold rack of pull-ups.

    the video production looks interesting ,, interesting angle,, cool lighting,, but its actually stupid for work out demonstration,, the editing keeps jumping around different angle, " let the audience see how the muscles moving ,, and see how the movement work !!!!" but not showing off keep changing shots!!!! stupid ....

    It's so funny to see people comparing one body builder to another without taking genetics, height and weight in to consideration this work out is effective for experienced people as well as beginners there is something called lowering the weight, any excersice and any workout program can be changed to fit certain needs

    I got to start doing T Bar Rows i do everything else for your Back except for Deadlifts and T Bar Rows i don't do Deadlifts because i don't want to risk injuring my Back

    Don't mean to be captain criticism here, but if you need a back belt to "support your core" shouldn't you be working to make your core strong enough to support the weight your arms can take?

    Guys, if you ask yourself if this guy or anyone is a natural bodybuilder, look at Jeff Cavaliere from ATHLEAN-X who's probably the best natural bodybuilder, so if anyone is pretty bigger than him, he's not natural, my opinion

    bollocks!!! you can work long or you can work hard but you can't do both!!! not for very long at all anyway. if this what it takes ( it doesn't) to build muscle then it just not worth it!! Arthur Jones/Dr Ellington Darden will show him or anybody what outright hard work truly is!

      He looks smaller because his body fat percentage is higher and therefore he has less definition. Working out like what he's doing: 122 kg for this amount of sets and reps is very dangerous and damaging to the body, I believe.

    bro you know what youre doing why go so heavy and fuck up that form? do u not feel the burn? i know its a max out routine but i feel like once you mess up your form youre going too heavy, lower it a little a try to keep your form.
