First bike ride! Commute into Leeds on the Estarli E20.

My first ride to work since 1985!
Haven't ridden a bike in anger for around 40 years so have picked up an Estarli E20 Ebike with the intention of riding as much as possible without using the power, eventually.
So o here's my first tine on a bike and first cycle commute in a very long time. Mid 50s, overly round, dodgy knee, breathing issues, what could possibly go wrong 😁

I hadn't ridden a bike since school. I bought a small folding ebikes about 6 months ago. Absolutely love it. Go everywhere on it and by the way I've just turned 64.

I love it, have been very surprised at some of the hills I've made it up with the power on. Can be a bit of a slog, you still have to work so get some decent excercise but it definitely gives a good push!

just bought myself an e bike and hope to ride the 25 miles from my home to work

I'm definitley becoming more confident about how far I can ride in just a few weeks, this one would only 25 miles max I'd think with a couple of hills chucked in, especially with me on it :)
